I loved this cookbook for its simplicity, easy-to-follow directions, and diverse recipes. I will highly recommend this book for people who don't normally cook, but are curious. I had to do a lot of substitutions however, because I am trying to eat more healthy, these days. Using aluminum foil and certain baking racks/trays really helped minimize clean up. I hope others get inspired to try these fun, worthwhile recipes!

Why would this cookbook be called 25 quart DUAL ZONE French door 360 air fryer?? There is not one recipe in this book that tells or shows how to cook on both sides i.e. meat on one side and veggies on the other. This sucks!! Even the recipes that are included are stuff that most everyday people have no interest in. Why no recipe for roasted broccoli or cauliflower?? Wish I had my money back..
