I recently got the Soundcore Boom 2, and it’s hands down one of the best Bluetooth speakers I’ve owned. The sound quality is incredible, with powerful bass and crystal-clear highs. Whether I’m using it indoors or outdoors, it fills the space with amazing audio that never distorts, even at high volumes.The battery life is a game-changer—lasting a full 24 hours on a single charge, which is perfect for long trips or parties. Plus, it charges quickly with USB-C, so you’re never left waiting.What really stands out is the durability. This speaker is built tough! With an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating, I’ve taken it to the beach, and even dropped it in the pool, and it still works perfectly.The Bluetooth connection is always stable, even from a distance, and I love the added feature of the Soundcore app where I can customize the sound to my liking. I’ve owned a Soundcore product and even had an early generation Anker product when the brand was known as Anker across all their products. I always felt the company was closer to striking the balance of quality and affordability. I think the Soundcore Boom 2 nailed it. It’s not heavy, it’s not struggling to fill a space with sound and allow me to hear most of the frequencies that help round out music, it has decent bass performance, decent light features, strong battery life, and the app is actually awesome!I would consider the bigger brother to this speaker, the Boom 2 Plus or whatever it’s called because I’m so impressed with the value. That said, I should probably stick with this as it’s more portable and suits my needs fine.

I've always been a JBL guy because of the superior sound quality, clarity and bass you can actually hear. Music is 10x better when you have a good speaker. I was looking to upgrade from a JBL flip to a charge 5 but didn't want to spend $180-$190 if I didn't have to. So after googling and researching more than anyone probably should, i came across this slightly larger SoundCore waterproof speaker. *The only reviews i take seriously are thru non biased sites.I've only had this for less than a week but I am very happy and impressed with the way it sounds. My true position on this speaker is an overall 5 stars due to the value and quality. I still think JBL has a lil more clarity and overall sound quality, BUT this SoundCore speaker is slightly louder than a JBL charge 5 and it definitely has more bass and very little to no distortion on any type of music even when cranked up to 80%. Haven't tried all the way up yet, I have neighbors and it's pretty damn loud. Bottom line is you cannot beat it for the money. I saved $60-$80 i would've spent on a JBL charge 5 and it's got more bass, louder, good battery life, and really good quality sound and clarity. Plus it has a bass boost and lights that go with the beat, you can even switch to a light show with different colors. I don't regret my purchase ans would do it again.
4.0 out of 5 stars Loud and long lasting battery, can't control bass much
For the price this is a nice Bluetooth speaker. It has good battery life, and looks and feels solid, not too heavy and very portable. The only thing is, the bass and treble are tied together, you can boost the bass but it boosts the treble, so it's really got two modes, one louder and more bass, one normal. The bass is powerful, I just wish I could adjust it and the treble seperately, maybe the newer model can do so.

This was a great purchase. It's small, the battery last a long time and most importantly it's LOUD! It sounds great and even has some cool LED lights on the ends. Definitely worth the money!
