My Keurig machine is an older model, vinegar and water mix was working but this time it wouldn't descale. This product worked perfectly, I didn't rinse the machine immediately because it was clogged, left it overnight, and I was so happy to see that the machine was working the next morning! Very easy to use.

I had been descaling our Keurig with distilled vinegar, but decided to try this for the needle cleaning after our machine wouldn’t work because the needles were clogged. I honestly didn’t know that was a thing. I was impressed by the fact that the first two tanks of water actually looked like something was coming out of the coffee maker. The only problem was the needle cleaner. The little basket only has one center hole for a single needle but my machine has five needles and, to my disappointment, didn’t work as issued. I solved it by snapping the lid off the basket. The needle cleaner produced very brown water, so apparently it worked with my modification. *edit to add — I found a cheap refillable basket made to work with five needles, that works even better. *I doubt this kit will last me a year, as our machine asks to be cleaned more often than every three months, but it worked well and was reasonably priced.

This stuff obviously works. I have been using basic descaler annually in my ninja coffee maker. when my local store was out, I bought this stuff here on Bolo. After running it thru, there was a lot of sediment in the water... my machine started giving errors... basically this cleaned the scale so well that it clogged a line. I had to open up the machine and clean out the internals...

I refill my kuerig with a liter carafe, so lime builds up on the bottom. Normally when I clean my coffee maker I clean the carafe with what comes from the kuerig and it cleans the lime. This product did not. So, did it clean the kuerig?
