Loving this frame! This is my first digital frame purchase after becoming increasingly frustrated keeping up with printing digital photos and having space for albums/ boxes. I hadn't kept up with digital frame tech so after some researching and much debating, came across this one- with a larger screen size and a bunch of features for a much more reasonable price than that of another popular digital frame brand- and a popular TV frame brand. The 15.6" size is larger than the more common 10" frames, which is really nice being able to see it across the room with subpar distance eyesight (I hate wearing glasses unless necessary). It's almost the size of my laptop screen yet still sleek and compact enough to fit into many of my living spaces. Quality is great and love the white matted accent in the frame to give it a more classic artsy feel.Setup was super easy. Did the app to start off with, everything went smoothly, and I had some pics transferred and photos tweaked (there's options to rotate, delete, hide & fit/ unfit pics to frame, as well as viewing the gallery on the frame itself) to my frame in no time. Never realized there was a friend photo sharing feature until setting it up, as that wasn't something I had bought it for, but now that I know it's there I will be testing it out with family in the future. Still need to try out the video clip feature and expandable storage but just for the absolute basics I've played with so far, it was so worth the price!

This is the 3rd picture frame I purchased. 2 for gifts and 1 for myself. The quality is amazing and it's so easy to use. I purchased this one for my mom for Christmas. I loaded it with over 300 pictures of my kids throughout the years and pics of my mom and dad. My dad passed away in 2019 so just seeing her face as the pictures scrolled through made my heart melt! My mom has no issues using it and it's so simple to send pictures to the frame and I send them to her frame from wherever I am also. Absolutely the best gift for anyone, anytime!

This is our family’s first digital picture frame. We wanted one for quite sometime and we settled on this particular frame because of the large size and ease of use! It took about two minutes to set the frame up and do the firmware update. After that, we downloaded the app , created an account, and began sending pictures immediately to it via WiFi connection. The other great thing about this frame is that you can invite other friends and family members to contribute to your frame with pictures they have taken. For example, our in-laws were away on a cruise and they began sending photos of their trip when they got back to wifi on the ship. Our child loved it! We did also purchase a 32 GB expandable memory card for it just to make sure that we did not lose any pictures, but it is not necessary. These will make great gifts for Christmas and all the other upcoming holidays or a birthday gift if you choose. We have gotten many compliments on this frame already, and I hung it on the wall where it can be seen in our living room. It does also come with a stand and you can place it vertically or horizontally if you choose. You can resize the pictures as needed directly on the frame or in the app. We preferred to hang it horizontally as the pictures from our phones seem to fit better that way. I have not had to contact the company for customer service or any other related tech issues, but from what I have read from other reviews before purchasing, they have been very responsive and are willing to work with you. I do not think you will be disappointed with this frame.

Purchased this for my mom and it did not disappoint. So user friendly and easy to upload pictures. Picture quality is fantastic, we love the size and the customization options for how long a picture is on the screen for. You can crop, indicate what the most important part of the picture is, and can use it horizontal or vertical. Fits into any decor aesthetic.

I purchased this frame as a gift for my parents and so far we love it. Here are just a few things to highlight:1. The Display. The frame itself has very good resolution that offers high quality renderings of our photos. The touchscreen is very responsive and easy to use. The black frame is a simple, classic look.2. App Integration. The main reason I purchased this frame was for the app functionality. I wanted to enable friends and family to share pictures, and setting this up was a breeze. My parents are not the most tech-savvy people, but the onscreen instructions made this very simple. Within minutes, my parents, my brother, and I all had the app, were added as friends, and were able to successfully send pictures to the frame. I also appreciated the ability to add captions to the photos so that more information can be shared and displayed with the image such as locations, dates, names, or anything else you wanted to personalize the photo with. We're still just getting started with the frame, but even though there is a subscription-based premium version of the app, the free version seems to include many of the essential features. Frameo+ would include the ability to send more photos at once, send longer videos, and have a cloud backup of your pictures, among other things, all of which would be nice to have but nothing I would deem immediately necessary.3. Customizability. I was impressed with the levels of customization allowed through the settings. Everything from the length of slideshow, presence or absence of time and/or weather, screen fill vs. full photo renderings of images, user privileges, and much more are all very easy to set using the intuitive touchscreen. I especially liked the screen fill vs. full photo option. For images that are in the opposite orientation of the frame (e.g., landscape photo for a portrait orientation frame, or vice versa), the frame gives you the option of whether you want to display the entire photo and just have blank space around it or if you would prefer to fill the screen with a zoomed in part that you can easily customize. This was a nice surprise since I generally prefer the screen fill option to make the photo look like it more naturally fits in the frame, but there are some pictures that aren't meant to be viewed that way, so being able to pick and choose which photos will fill the screen and which won't was really handy.There are tons of other great features I could mention like the ability to download photos from a computer, expandable memory with an SD slot, and more, but this covers everything that I immediately liked about the frame and app from my first impressions. Though they haven't gotten far beyond the setup stage of this frame, I am very pleased with how easy everything has been and how great the product looks now that we're starting to fill it with our memories.
Good little frame
This frame does just what it is advertised to do. The pictures are clear and bright and they slide show plays without hitches. The app is not perfect, but it does the trick. I would purchase again.
