    For an alternative to refined sugar that will get my dental hygienist out of my mouth and doesn't make me want to spit takes. I had high hopes for this natural product since it is derived from cane sugar but after sampling both of the packages I received (one clumped up like a brick of over-aged brown sugar and the other a partially liquidified blob of what looked like caramel spread) I needed a palate cleansing chaser. I cannot say I ever understood the meaning of cloying when applied to a food product before but I now have a unforgettable memory stamp. This stuff could rapidly place one in sugar shock.

    We use these for hot beverages and baking. It takes a bit for it to dissolve, but it adds a unique flavor to whatever you put it into.
