Solid pan to cook pancakes, French toast, grilled cheese, and the like. The performance is top of the line. Added this pan to my already extensive collection of Hexclad. Cleans in a snap. These are the only non-stick pans I’ll use.

Let me say first, this is a beautiful pan. Sturdy, smooth and nonstick as promised. However, it's not great for the one thing I hoped and that's making pancakes. It leaves a slight cast-iron smell to the pancakes. That's probably not noticeable with other foods like meats or chicken but I can immediately tell with something delicate like pancakes. Also it doesn't cook evenly as promised. I could tell that when making the pancakes. They browned more toward the center than the outer parts of the pan. The best tip I heard was heating the entire pan in a 500 degree oven first. On the stove top it just doesn't heat evenly. I believe it's worth the money but not for pancakes. Lol

Massively heavy. Non-stick doesn't stick yet, but it will eventually. I've made grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes, and bacon so far. It works OK, but so would a pan that costs 1/10 as much. I returned my Bolo purchased pan because I found it significantly cheaper elsewhere.
Ordered another because I loved the first one
First time ever I came across the HexClad was when I ordered a set of utensils for my parents in States. I was able to see the usage and loved it.Therefore when I came back to my place, I ordered this griddle pan for myself too. no complaints so far. I haven’t compared the prices on Bolo as well as from HexClad’s own website yet to know which one is cheaper. However I think (not sure) it is cheaper on Bolo.

Queste padelle, contrariamente a quanto specificato dal produttore, perdono antiaderenza e antigraffio quasi subito. Sono una truffa bella e buona. Molto meglio quelle del supermercatoe anche molto piu economiche. Evitatele a tutti i costi.
