It has a really rich vibrant flavor of dates which makes sense as the only ingredients are dates and citric acid. It's really good on baked goods and ice cream. The character drawing on the side of the bottle is hilarious! It's not a cheap item but it's a delicious item. I think this is nice enough item to go into a food themed gift basket.

    I used this in a recipe and used almost half of the bottle. Next time I blended dates to make my own date syrup. This is convenient but expensive.

    Arrived in perfect condition. Has just two ingredients: organic dates and citric acid. Has 14 grams of carbs per 20 gram serving size. Mine came with a shelf life of around 1.5 years. Has a nice, sweet taste.

    I tried to open this, it seemed like it wasn't sealed great to begin with. I made waffles and went to open the bottle. As i turned the cap, it shot out like I had drastically shaken a coke bottle. Went all over the place. I assume the dates were going back and were letting off gases. I didn't try it.

    This date syrup is very good! It has a great flavor, and is sweet to the palate. Drizzled on ice cream, and it added a sweetness to it that was very good tasting. Very healthy choice to use as a topping or for cooking.
