This is a coffee maker for every house if you are a coffee drinker like me you will not regret this purchase. It is really easy to use and keeps the coffee hot like coffee should be. It comes with two pots so if you have a lot of company you can have one brewing while drinking one and still keeping it hot. You can tell that the quality of this is top notch. It makes it pretty quick.

I haven't ever owned or operated a machine like this before, but I feel it works really well. Both heat plates work, the coffee brewer/drip works well, and the pots seem fine. The manual says to use 80-95g of coffee. I don’t know what that means for volume, but I first tried making 2 pots of coffee: one with 15 tbsp of coffee grounds, and one with 10 tbsp of coffee grounds. When I used 15 tbsp it yielded about 1/2 pot of coffee. The other yielded almost a whole pot.The machine is quite tall and large overall. So, it takes up a lot of room on the counter.The light turns off, apparently indicating that it’s done brewing. However, the machine continues to run coffee out for 1-2 minutes or so, maybe even longer, if you count dripping, as opposed to a stream of coffee.It takes about 10 minutes to brew a pot of coffee.

It's a really good quality maker. It's styled more like a coffee maker you may find at a diner or restaurant. It can make good hot coffee and has a pot warmer, too. The only drawback is the space. This is definitely not for someone with limited counter space or height space. Not only is it long, but it is tall and a decent weight. If this isn't a problem and you have a large family of coffee lovers, this is for you.

I always wanted a really nice coffee maker for home, this thing was it. its like an industrial coffee maker. it makes coffer as hot or hotter than say a gas station and the quality is top notch. the glass is quite durable too. My girlfriend accidently knocked one off our counter on to tile and it didn't break, i don't know how but it didn't, and I was impressed. its a brushed stainless which is easy to clean and comes with an extra container to make coffee , then warm, and brew another pot.
