5.0 out of 5 stars Phone feels secure while riding
Like the metal design vs plastic you get on others. Ran into issue with first mount and seller quickly replaced it with excellent service
5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy and holds my phone well
Would buy again
4.0 out of 5 stars It's pretty good
DO NOT BUY FOR A SPORT BIKE. It is very bulky I bought it for my 22 z650 and it barley fits I fought for about a hour trying different positions. It is nice hood quality. Vibration dampening not great. But decent for price keeps my phone secure. Just not enough room on the arms to position good on a cruiser maybe but not a sport bike.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best bike cellphone holder I’ve seen
Attaches to handle bars easily, and putting the cellphone in is easy, taking the cellphone out is easy. You press the cellphone into the holder and the clamps spring in and secures the phone. Then flipping the red switch in the back licks the phone in.
3.0 out of 5 stars Bulky Handlebar Clamp
On the positive side, I like the upgraded metal mechanism in this newer model. The previous version has plastic parts and is not as robust as this version. This one is also slightly larger than the previous, which may or may not be important to you. The phone feels very secure once installed. Both handle my small iPhone SE with no problems. The reason this one loses out to the previous model is the clamp for the handlebars. It is very large, with several removable rubber inserts to size the clamp to your bars. That's fine, but the mass of the clamp, and its method of tightening it down, makes for a bulky assembly that is troublesome to install and, in my particular application, conflicts with my motorcycle's control cables. It might work fine on a bicycle, or a larger cruiser motorcycle with lots of handlebar real estate, but on a sport bike where handlebar space can be at a premium I found it problematic. Additionally, if you have multiple bikes, it is a hassle to move it from one bike to another. The earlier model ASIN B09PVFN7LG, while lacking the metal components, has a crab claw type clamp which has a lower profile and is easier to mount. If this 2024 upgraded version had a similar mount it would be ideal.
5.0 out of 5 stars As good or better than Ram Mount for a fraction of the cost.
I took this mount with my Pixel 8 Pro on over 100 miles of Sierra Nevada fire trails. The roads were so washed out and full of doll heads that my stock tires couldn't keep up and I ended up severely spraining/ fracturing my ankle between the bike and a jagged rock sticking out of the road. The bike washed out 3 times between a 70% grade decline, river cross, then 70% incline and the mount was as solid as the KLR 650 that tractored through over 100 miles of Sierra Nevada back roads and fire trails. I ran with a Ram Mount for years on my 01 Softail but never put it through this much abuse. This is my go to phone holder from now on.
5.0 out of 5 stars Durable phone holder for biking
The media could not be loaded. I like this phone holder for it's durable construction and and it's very easy to install no tools nessesery. I haven't rode with it yet but seams it will work very well.
1.0 out of 5 stars DANGER. DO NOT USE.
I was really excited for this as I have a thicker case on my phone so it doesn’t work with a lot of bike mounts. This one seem to have a good reviews and even when I put it on my bike seems super sturdy and held the phone securely. That was until I made it about a mile from my house and my music cut out (bluetooth speaker) and I looked down and the phone was gone. Just gone. Somewhere in that block going over some small construction bumps, my phone fell out of this holder. I quickly tried looking, but it was gone (I’d find out later that someone must have picked it up and run off with it). So here I am replacing an $800 phone and I’m not even bothering returning this holder because I’m looking forward to taking a hammer to it. Buy at your own risk.
Works great 👍
I use this on my cruiser motorcycle. Works well..
