Oh my goodness this product is better than St John's Wort. I have been having a lot of anxiety because of a lot of stuff going on barking dogs ,screaming kids ,noisy neighbors getting no sleep because of all of it and always, how can you say overly anxious and nerves on edge all the time, felt like I was flipping away into insanity,I guess it's the word couldn't sleep at night because of the fact that Ihad been so sleep deprived that when I did get a moment I couldn't sleep, I saw these on Bolo saw the reviews ,the reviews were great tried them ,man I'm so calm now I can sleep all night, calm, calm. The only thing I didn't like about them is that I started needing a lot more sleep than usual but still I don't mind because I'm in a better frame of mind than I've been in a long time because of this supplement thank you Bolo I was on the way to the funny farm because I was so mentally in a bad head space.

After some research and influencing on TikTok / Bolo reviews I wanted to try Ashwagandha for myself! I have a long history of anxiety and overthinking / depression so for the mood support and control alone it’s worth it. I do feel more calm and not nearly as anxious like before. (Currently on first week of taking) As stated on the bottle I take 2 every morning (it’s 150 mg for one) so it’s 300mg a day for extra strength. There is no taste to it so it’s easier to take , the pills are small so I can take both at the same time and down a ton of water! I have noticed that I stay asleep all night now and rarely get up cause of my insomnia , It doesn’t make me feel gross after taking.So far so good :) Give it a try!!

I'm not sure how I discovered this supplement, but I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I am often anxious and have difficulty sleeping. I've only taken it for two days, and I slept 8.5 hours last night - a rarity for me. I also feel calm and less stressed. It's surprising how fast this took effect for me. I was very skeptical, but this is working. I wish I had found out about this sooner.

This is a great supplement to combine with some Maca root and other supplements. I feel like I have more focus after using. The capsules are very small so it is easy to swallow with a glass of water. Feel like it’s effective at increasing sexual energy, as it doesn’t take much stimulation now for me to get hard. So I feel like it has helped with more blood flow to the man down stairs.

This gave me and my boyfriend heartburn. Slight calming effect but I wouldn’t swear by this brand. They are bigger pills and harder to swallow. If you care about the taste of the pill and products, I wouldn’t recommend.
