I purchased the 5 tier set of storage boxes. When they arrived, two were broken in transit. I contacted the company service ctr for help. Upon validation of purchase, they immediately rushed me two new units. Great customer service! Love the boxes. They are light weight, very easy to put together and look nice. These were on the less expensive side but great quality which makes this purchase even better. I bought them so i would have a place to keep all my slide carosels in one place for easy viewing and also not be scattered everywhere. Completely satisfied with the storage boxes and even more impressed with the customer service dept. Than you!

The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome. No tools needed for assembly. Super simple and quick to put together. Fits in tight spaces. Able to fit cleaning products. I use it for my bathroom. It looks great. Do I think it’s worth $89? Not necessarily because that is expensive however it’s a good product. It is decently sturdy but it’s made out of thin plastic so don’t expect too much!

Using in my closet happened to fit perfectly on my shelves. I’m using to store books and misc. I bought a second unit it’s so easy to assemble and sturdy.

I will start by saying I love the unit. However, 2 of the 5 layers would not snap together and were unusable. Contacted customer support and they are sending 2 new top units. The ones that were made correctly do snap together easily and it looks great for the area I needed it.UPDATED: Everything arrived as promised and fit perfectly. No complaints and I love how handy this is for storing toiletries in a small bathroom. Works great for my needs.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited for this. I have a disability in one arm that makes assembling furniture on my own very difficult. I bought these rather than a more expensive wooden piece because it looked as if I could certainly do it without help. Unfortunately, it’s been an hour now and I’ve not been able to even get the wheels on it. There’s no ability to snap the wheel into a hole or something. The wheel peg is full of metal or something silvery and solid. It doesn’t snap in anything. It also doesn’t slide between grooves to click together in there either. I get one wheel to “stick” and by the time I’ve tried forcing a second wheel to snap into something…snapInto anything… the first one falls off. I’ve been going around with this an hour now. It’s actually difficult to fathom that this could even possibly be any more difficult to put together. It’s almost like they went out of their way to make it as difficult/impossible as they possibly could. It defies all sense and reason that they send wheels that literally have nothing to snap into. I really wish I didn’t need the wheels …but I do.I’m not much impressed by the assembly of it otherwise either. Don’t be fooled by that video. I don’t know what item she’s assembling, but it can’t be the product I received . I snap one wall of it together and another wall pops out. Went around with that in circles for awhile too. I finally got all 4 walls “up” at one time and they’re staying up but it’s clear they’re not securely “up”. So actually using this thing would be precarious at best. And make no sudden moves around it because it might snap itself right out of whatever they’re attempting to say it should snap into to connect. That’s been entirely unclear as well…Hesitated to leave a review before trying for another hour or so and hoping it might make sense but this is so frustratingly difficult already that I’m too disappointed to bother more. I really wanted this! However, I just don’t feel like spending another hour trying to get things to snap in or attach to… nothing.And I’m still talking (mostly) about just the wheels :(Update: this did finally “snap” together. I’m using the term “snap” very loosely though. Eventually I had to hold a wall with one hand on the outside and put my other fist inside it and beat it super hard repeatedly and they finally “snapped” in. Feels like I went 10 rounds with a professional boxer, but it did connect. It’s not as sturdy as it appears in the video but once the walls are forced into place with great force, it seems moderately stable.Except the wheels…. those are a lost cause entirely. They literally have nothing to snap in to. Bizarre:(
