I'm very pleased. Now, every time someone rings my doorbell I can hear it.Very easy to install and now when someone rings my doorbell, I have the control of the volume and the tone I want. My old doorbell was so old that I could not hear it ring. I can now hear it and with a pleasant ring. Installation was a snap. Plug in one part and put the sticker in the back of the other part and just stick to the front door and I'm done.

This door bell was easy to install. I removed the original hard wired door bell button, that has not worked in years and installed the new one in minutes. Then plugged the door bell unit into the receptacle next to the front door and everything worked as advertised.

Setup is very simple and this is a great value for money piece of kit. Great little doorbell! Easy to install and use immediately. Plugged into the main living room, perfect for listening throughout the family. Definitely recommended!

The receiver needs continuous power from a USB A plug. How is this even useful for an average person? Unless you happen to have a powered up computer nearby 24/7 and a USB port you can "sacrifice" forever it's not practical plus the USB port would need to be a place where you can easily push the talk button and talk into the microphone. Also, I could get the bell to ring, but could never get the voice comms to work. I was hoping to give this to my sister who is in a wheelchair, so she could respond to the doorbell faster. Obviously, it won't work for that because her wheelchair doesn't a USB port in it. Returned.

These units are an odd pair, one is powered by batteries and the other has a USB A male plug on the back. I wanted to use this between the house and the workshop with the battery powered unit in the workshop and the USB one in the house. The problem I have is with the USB powered one, I have no outlets with USB sockets installed in the house so it would have to be in an adapter. Why both weren't battery powered I can't say but it means you have to cobble something together to make it work.In testing it, it would ring the bell in the workshop approximately 75 feet away. voice quality was not very clear though. I think placement would have a lot to do with the audio quality.

The best reason to get this doorbell is so you can talk to somebody at your door without having to go to the door. Also, so many of those doorbell services charge a bunch of money, and totally violate your privacy with how they share your data! I'm glad to have this unit, and we have been very happy with the audio quality and battery life.

This doorbell is perfect for those who are hard of hearing or who need a louder doorbell. My 85-year-old dad installed it without fuss. He needed something that was wireless and would last the ice-cold winters of Wyoming. I love the intercom feature because he can exchange information with the caller through the device from the living room or a twin device at the far end of the house. The quality of the product and ease of installation is a HUGE plus!
