Thank you seller! This chair is FANTASTIC! I have a ruptured disc and the lumbar pillow alleviates the pain in the lower back. The chair reclines enough to fall asleep...grin. Seriously though, the chair is worth every penny! The upright position, arm rests, and padding make this such a comfortable chair to sit in at my desk. I can't say enough good things about this chair.

This chair is very strudy5and well built. It looks very professional as well. I'm very heavy set (5'4" 245 lbs and I can sit very comfortably as it's wide and sturdy. It rolls with ease as well. Eastly assembly. Less than 30 minutes with 2 people. One person could handle this. The only exception was,the assembly of the foot rest aszexplained below.I was a little disappointed with two things1. The screws for the footrest are way to short (yes, I was using the correct ones). So we just left the foot rest off rather than send it back or wait on longer screws.2. I ordered the color brown but it's more like a mauve color. Definitely not the brown I'm used to.Neither of these are a deal breaker. But if you're paying 250.plus for a chair you expect it to be as advertised.Can't speak on comf9rt just yet as we just assembled the chair, but I'm guessing with the pillow for lumbar support, this will be comfortable. Even with the "off" color and the screws for.the footrest not being long enough I still would recommend this item. Strictly do to the appearance and size (heavy and tall people friendly)

This chair is so comfortable. It took an about an hour for me to put it together. I was worried about it being to plush but it is not. It is the perfect level of comfort in cushioning. I like the footrest part, however, I will be transparent about that. I wish the footrest was a bit longer for those of us with longer legs, so I won't really use that part, but it is not missed. The wheels roll perfect on my carpet.

When it arrived it was packaged very well. The instruction manual made assembly easy. The construction seems adequate to handle the recommended weight tolerance. The rollers seem very cheaply made but can easily be replaced with better ones, which I switched from my old chair. The fake leather seems to be of good quality. I love that it almost fully reclines and has a tall back with a comfortable headrest. Although it's no issue for me, I find the footrest useless. It might be suitable for a short person but at 6 foot tall, I can't use it. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

This review is for the Office Desk Chair, Big and Tall Executive Office Chair with Footrest, Leather Computer Chair, Ergonomic Reclining Chair High Back with Lumbar Support by BestfairI have had this chair for 4 months now. I have 2 of them. This chair is well designed and looks excellent, but it is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever had in my life in this price range. I am in this chair anywhere from 8 hours to 16 hours a day. Lubar support does not really exist, it’s a pillow that does not attach to the chair, it is simply a loose pillow. Both of my chairs have thread seams that are coming apart and seams that are wearing out.I cannot recommend this chair to anyone who will spend any significant time sitting in it.

This chair is extremely comfortable and versatile. My wife loves the leg rest and the support pillow offers great lumbar support for long days sitting at the computer. I highly recommend purchasing this chair!
