These are of average size and easy to swallow.I appreciate the convenience of being able to take creatine in the form of a pill, instead of having to mix the creatine powder into a smoothie or something. Saves so much time and effort.I have not had any adverse reactions from taking this.I like that this is made by a brand I've known for a while and that it's made in the US.

I use creatine daily and was really glad to get to try something new. I generally buy whatever is cheap that worked when it comes to creatine but I've tried a few of the high end types. However I've not yet used capsules, it's easy enough just to mix.But I realized I can keep a bottle in my backpack but I frequently forget to take it before going to train. The convenience factor is great. And these capsules dissolve quickly and easily. The one brand I tried before had really hard to digest (or maybe slow to digest) capsules and it was uncomfortable to say the least. Everything about this stuff digests super easy, transparently, it's excellent.And quality wise, seems every bit as good as anything else I've taken. I'm extremely pleased with these so far and will buy them again when I run out.

Came in a fairly large 120 capsule / 30 serving bottle. Bottle was safety sealed around the cap and under the lid, was bar coded, and stamped with lot ID and best by date of 7/2026. Labeling states product was manufactured in a FDA registered facility, from domestic and imported ingredients, for a distribution company based in Beverly Hills, CA. Instructions state to take four capsules daily. This delivers 5000 mg of creatine.Inspection did not yield any off odors, scents or appearance. I personally did not encounter any allergic reactions or digestive issues using this product. I am used to taking creatine in a powder form and mixing it in liquid. These capsules do make it a bit easier and more convenient to transport a dose in a gym bag or store in a travel case for use when not at home. I am not really into the idea of swallowing four capsules, although these weren’t too tough to take. I will update this review should I experience any tangible effects whether positive or negative.

Expensive but it's 100% creatine monohydrate capsules, which is exactly what I wanted. Most other creatine capsules I've seen have fillers or additives. I keep a bottle at work should I forget to drink creatine at home in the morning. I also take capsules with me while traveling. Convenient!

Do 4 capsules actually contain 5 grams of creatine - I believe they do. 4 capsules weighted in at 5.4 grams so very likely they contain 5 grams creatine.Of course the capsules are definitely larger than the generic creatine capsule - see picture. If you have trouble swallowing larger capsules - this could be an issue, (although not the largest capsule I've ever had to swallow)This is micronized creatine, but I have used pretty much every brand of creatine over the past 30 years and I have never seen any difference in micronized creatine vs regular creatine, I am not against it, I just will not pay a premium for it.I still get most of my daily 10 grams creatine from powder in my smoothies, but if I skip a smoothie and need to get the balance of creatine, I would not hesitate to use these.

This is reasonably priced and the 5g for 4 pills is very convenient in comparison to many other creatine brands these days. I already take many other pills per day so I'm more likely to stick to creatine if I don't have to swallow that many extra pills.If you have trouble swallowing pills, you probably are not using the right technique, you should always swallow pills with a liquid, and "floaters" or lightweight powder caps like this one, you want to tilt down so the pill is already up against your throat before you swallow, and then "sinkers" or heavy pressed powder pills, you want to do the opposite and tilt your head up until your throat is in a straight line, then swallow. I have a narrow throat and can swallow 3-5 at a time this way.

These pills are bigger than average, I had no issue taking the 4 but if you do, be aware. The 4 pills equate to 5 grams which is the daily dose I take. I didn't notice and ill effects from these pills so I'm satisfied using them. Made in the USA in a fda registered facility so that is a bonus. No taste or smell to consider only the size of the pills.
