I bought two of these cute learning toys for my 1 year old and 2 year old granddaughters. This is one of the cutest learning toys that I have seen this year. It is a lot of fun without knowing that you are actually learning. Super fun toy.

Fun well built interactive dinosaur, easy to charge up and lasts quite a while. After the initial charge it's still going and I believe we have had it for about two weeks now. Comes with lots of disks with different flavors on them. The eyes and mouth that move makes my toddler laugh and fun to play with. My only gripe, for a toddler or at leas my toddler. It's hard for him to put the disks on the Dinosaurs tongue. there were several times where it was easier for me to just put it on there for him. You could tell he was getting a little frustrated. Other than that, everything else is great.

We have lots of toys from Vtech, and most of them (if not all) are well designed and built, fun, they last and don't feel cheap, and this little toy (Sandy snack a lot) is the same! It's really fun and so cute, and our toddler loves it!It talks, sings, its eyes move, and it looks at the food when you place the little snack in front of it. It also shows different lights, really interactive!! Just check the video to see how simple it is to interact with.Also, it may react differently even if you feed it the same food multiple times. For example, it might say "… too spicy" when you feed it a pepper the first time. Then, if you feed it the pepper again, it will spit it out without chewing and say something like "Again? No, thank you." If you try again, it may say "No, I will pass," and if you continue, it might just spit it out and says "Uggh~~~, I am not filling good, can you pat me?" sound, and if you do, it says "I love you." So cute and interactive!!! TThese varied interactions keep our son engaged for a longer time and prevent him from getting bored, even after playing with it for 2 hours.I also like it because it teaches our son about different flavors - hot and spicy, sweet, etc., and it talks in a very cute way like a little toddler. There are 8 different flavors/snacks included. I also appreciate the design feature that allows you to store the snacks inside its body to prevent them from getting lost. The toy comes with 4 AA batteries preinstalled.So, in my opinion this t is a quality built cute toy, it's a well-built toy that helps little toddlers understand different flavors, and so many different interactions!!! I'm giving it a 5-star rating, and highly recommended!!!!

I haven't taken this out of the package yet, as I'm waiting to give it to my son for his birthday. He has feeding issues, and I'm excited and hopeful that this will help him with some of his challenges - he can feed the animal and see that it likes the food, and we can use that to have him try the same foods!

The media could not be loaded. This is really a very cute toy that is great for little ones around the ages of two and three. It is both simple and quite engaging, not just because it can talk, but this toy creature is quite cute and inviting to look at, down to his rather large beckoning eyes. His (or her) bright blue and pink colors are something that will appeal I think to little boys as well as little girls. I am quite certain that my little niece is going to have a lot of fun talking with him. There is a little sensor in front of his mouth that is triggered every time a piece of “food“ is placed in front of it…causing him to open his mouth and comment on the food that is fed to him. In addition to this, he sings songs and has quite a few different things to say. Moms and Dads will be happy that he also has an auto shut off feature so that he does not keep making noise when not being given attention…causing batteries to run dry. Regarding value, I guess I would not mind seeing even more features packed into this little device…but nevertheless, I think this is fairly impressive and will indeed provide a lot of fun for the little ones.
