I purchased this to fly the DJI Avata 2, it's the perfect companion for getting freedom of movement with the Avata. Quick and responsive, customizable for any preferred flight style.The only issue I have is that it doesn't feel too substantial in the hands. It doesn't necessarily feel cheap, just lightweight and smaller than a lot of other controllers that you might use for ELRS, Crossfire, etc. However, depending on what you're looking for, this could be a perk, not a con.Overall worth the price if you're looking for something to fly DJI 04 units.

If you're learning FPV, and planning to go the DJI route, Look no further than the DJI FPV Remove Controller 3. The newest controller to their fleet offers adjustability in the stick sturdiness, and overall position tailoring it to the users requirements.I've started FPV training through software (sold separately) and a controller is the only requirement. I've enjoyed using the DJI FPV Controller 3 to hone in on my skills, and feel that I'm consistently learning.This tool will assist in my media business, and is sure to provide years of use.

FPV opening to everyone now. Be careful. Though still expensive with goggles requirement. The controller communicates with the goggles, the goggles communicate with the controller and the aircraft. I don't think it will work at all without the goggles.

1.0 out of 5 stars AVOID IF YOU FLY INVERTED Y AND USE ANDROID!
Don't buy this if you are used to flying with inverted y-axis. As an experienced model airplane pilot, I am used to inverted-y axis. Even playing video games I inverted the y. DJI has worked with Apple to disable Android users from flying with inverted Y-axis. No option for it if using Android. Only Apple users can. They say its a technical issue and for years people have crashed drones and complained about Android users not being able to invert Y-axis. Why? To get people to buy Apple, otherwise why would invert-y be only available using IOS? Anyone with any amount of computer experience knows it that is bs. They also made it extra hard to open it up and reverse the magnet on the joystick to invert-y mechanically. Put glue in the screws so you cant tske it apart and every srew has lock tight. Needed heated screwdriver to get it apart. They did everythng possible to make sure Android users couldnt invert-y axis. Check the DJI forums and you'll see. Do a search. IF YOU FLY WITH INVERTED-Y AND ARE USING ANDROID AVOID! Outta get a class action lawsuit going for all the people who crashed their drones because of this. I want compensated for the $200 I spent on a controller which was handicapped out of the box for an ANDROID user, on purpose, to make me buy Apple. Last DJI drone I buy and I'm not going to report my findings just on Bolo, this really struck a nerve with me. NOT COOL....
