My daughter was thrilled to get this Mayor Humdinger figurine set. It comes with three figures: Mayor Humdinger, Chase, and Humdinger’s Cat Chase. The characters go well with her current Paw Patrol figurines, the sizes matching up well to other figures we’ve purchased from the store. I haven’t seen this specific set in store yet and it was a fun find at a decent price.The figurines are of a good quality as far as I can tell, and they don’t feel cheaply made compared to other toys around the same price range. On Mayor Humdinger, the head and arms move, and the legs can be moved to sit him down. The head can move on Chase, and the cat doesn’t have any moving parts. The packaging was good. Each figure was individually wrapped inside a small box. I would purchase this product again as a gift for any Paw Patrol fans.

My kid loves paw patrol. I love Mayor Humdinger. Previously there was almost no Humdinger toys available on the market, and they were going for $70 on eBay. This one is brand new and much more reasonable than $70. Life is worth living now, knowing I can walk around my house using the humdinger voice and proposing hare-brained schemes to my kid.

What am I reviewing?I am reviewing Paw Patrol Store’s Chase, Mayor Humdinger & Cat Chase action figures.How did these arrive?In a small sized, retail like, branded, Paw Patrol themed heavy duty, colorful “tape sealed” cardboard package. I am a fan of anything that is sealed, it gives me peace-of-mind, whether real or imagined, that the integrity of the product was not disturbed prior to my receiving this. The only thing is it was a single piece of tape that sealed the package.Size of package?About (5” x 5” x 1½”).Weight?About (4.6) ounces.What’s inside the package?Chase, Mayor Humdinger & Cat Chase action figures.Anything special?Yes, each action figure was sealed in a heat-sealed paper like opaque wrapper. I am a fan of anything that is sealed, it gives me peace-of-mind, whether real or imagined, that the integrity of the product was not disturbed prior to my receiving this.CautionThere is a warning that these are small parts and are a choking hazard. So, I make sure these are given to an age-appropriate child.I had to have.When I saw these action figures, I had to select them. They are colorful, cute, and just plain fun looking. However, no two (2) colors are the same, there are (12) different classic Easter themed pastel colors. Further, I have never seen Mayor Humdinger & Cat Chase action figures, so I consider such a major score.ValueFor my wallet, these are very reasonably priced name brand, popular action figures. There is no reference to such – I received this during September 2024; (3) Batch number? Hmm, there is “no” reference to a ”batch number;” (4) Place of origin? Yes, Made in Vietnam; (5) eMail support? No reference to any eMail address. Is there an address in the USA? Yes. Is there a USA telephone number? No. I will let the reader decide whether compliance was achieved.TÜV SÜD America certification?I see “no” TÜV SÜD certification mark.What is TÜV SÜD America?It’s a trusted partner that tests children's products aimed at the US market to deliver safe and reliable products, it’s a symbol of product safety.OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification – which is one of the world's best-known labels for goods tested for harmful substances. In my opinion, goods with this certification gives me confidence the product has a high safety threshold. I did “not” see that certification here.UL/ETL listed?My understanding is that such certification, from UL/ETL, “may” be possible with children’s items. I see no certification/service mark from either UL/ETL.RoHS certified?No.RoHS stands for?Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), which are European Union rules restricting the use of hazardous substances to protect the environment and public health.Are these perfect?No, so, no way five (5) stars, but they are cute and what is taking these down is something other than their being cute.Country of origin?Made in VietnamThen how many stars?A weak four (4) stars at best. I do not see the compliance I was expecting, although claimed; I also do not like “mystery” ingredients surrounding what these are made of.I hope my thoughts added information.

We were overjoyed when this line of character sets was released! Previously, a Mayor Humdinger figure was only available in the Mighty Movie Observatory playset, and frankly: that version was horrible quality. It looked like it came from a Burger King kids meal.The details on this Humdinger are so much better! He is the right size and has posable arms and legs, as well as a rotating head. My only gripe is that I wish he had come in a set with all of his kitties! We love finally having the main antagonist from the series to play with.Since Bolo is combining all the sets in this line into a single review: Humdinger seems to be the best quality. Daring Danny X is top-heavy and needs to be positioned precisely so he doesn't fall over. Farmer Yumi has a defect and has misaligned legs, making her not stand well either. The details on the characters are still amazing, and I am thrilled to have any versions of the Adventure Bay citizens released as toys.I hope the leg issue is just a defect to our copy. We have not received the Rubble & Mayor Goodway set yet.

It’s so great to see that Paw Patrol has finally come out with some human figures. Daring Danny X is cool. My Dayhome kids love him. I ordered the Mayors too. I hope they put out more people.
