5.0 out of 5 stars Special needs momma must
Our LO is 16 and uses these! I wouldn’t buy anything else. No leaks, no skin irritation, reduce bulkiness and great material. All around a must try!
3.0 out of 5 stars Loosen over time
The Abena slip used to be known for being a great product to me. The current version fails to live up to the quality of the past version. The Diaper stretches fairly quickly after taping it on, It has to be readjusted over the course of wearing a couple of times. The problem with this is the tapes are not designed to be refastenable. the tapes are designed to be able to readjust one time only. After that I was forced to used pieces of duct tape to keep the diaper snug. The other issue with this version is that the stuffing breaks down. It happens faster when wet but will happen during extended wear even when dry. For the price they may be worth the risk. I wouldn't recommend these if you need them for extended wear. They just do not hold up. When I say extended wear, I am saying put one on in the morning, and within 6 hours of staying dry the diaper stuffing starts breaking down.
4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good for all things considered.
Pretty good all things considered. Where is fairly well little bulky but that’s expected for the amount of absorbency. Haven’t had any issues in that department. Kind of wish that the price was a little lower for What you’re getting. If I had to complain, it’s always the tabs that are an issue. They need to be more sticky or maybe a little bit bigger.
1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of money
Stretches out while wearing before even using. Tabs fall off. Total waste of money.
3.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable diapers, but the tapes aren't the best
The diapers are super comfortable and hold a good amount, however, the tapes usually come off during the night. After wet, the diapers sag pretty far down and will become loose fitting. I've worn them with plastic pants or briefs and it helps hold the tapes up and limits the sag.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good thick diaper for discrete wearing!
This is a cloth version of the Abena M4/L4 plastic version. I have both and the absorbency of these are slightly less because it's it's made of cloth. These are actually very good for discrete wearing as they don't make much sound, about the same as depends. The tabs suck but I always reinforce mine with duck tape to prevent them coming off when active.
2.0 out of 5 stars Could be better
These feel less bulky than the plastic-backed M4. However the sag is unreal... It sags so much, I don't feel as though they are very secure. I would much prefer the plastic-backed over these, but they do still absorb as they should.
4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable and breathable. Not quiet.
These are a good choice for warmer weather. They stay comfortable. The tapes hold up well. Just a bit of stretch to help them stay on. Absorbency is very good. Leak guards work great. Overall good value for the money. These are not discrete, they crinkle even under clothing. They are thick and swell up when used.
