I just received this steamer and have already put it to use. Overall, it's a nice product and very practical. The packaging is great and the product has performed well, steaming clothes effectively and efficiently. The only issue I found was that the container holding the water arrived with a slight imperfection. Thankfully, it doesn’t seem to affect its functionality, but it’s worth noting.One thing to mention is that the steamer is a bit on the heavier side, so if you’re looking for the most lightweight option, this might not be ideal. Despite that, I would still recommend it for its performance and practicality.

I purchased a steamer specifically to take out the wrinkles in a tightly packaged brand new comforter. First of all, it heated up within just a few seconds! And then it had a very powerful steam. It’s a heavy item, but it works really really well. I used it on the comforter with amazing results. One tank of water took care of about 50% of this over sized queen comforter. It worked both vertically on the sides, and horizontally across the top. You can see in the picture the difference between the left half prior to the steaming and the right half. It makes the comforter look even more attractive than it did before! I’m sure it will be wonderful for touchups on clothing and draperies, etc. it’s definitely worth the money!
Great at first, now ruins garments
This steamer was great the first few times I used it however I was steaming a wedding dress and it shot out brown water onto the dress. Since then it has done it almost every time I’ve used it so it is now garbage as I can’t continue to have it ruin garments. I’ve triied cleaning it and always used clean water, not sure what happened to this thing. Unfortunately past my return window.
