I was expecting a flimsy pole, but it's very sturdy even when it is telescoped to its full length. It came with 2 squeegees and 2 types of washable shammies for washing and dusting. I used it to wash my windows and dust the tops of my ceiling fans and moulding. Works great!

The initial description of this item is listed as follows: "20Ft Window Squeegee with Extension Pole..." "20 Ft" is an "option," NOT what you get. Rather, as you read further, there are 3 different sizes at 3 different prices. The first option is 12 Feet (which is actually 12 feet, 7 inches). I ordered this product thinking I was getting the 20 ft when in fact I actually ordered the "12 feet" model. I purchased this product for cleaning my rooftop solar panels. Luckily, the 12 foot model met my needs and I really did not need the additional 8 feet. I suggested to the seller to clarify/improve the initial description. In regards to the product itself: I found it was well made, easy to use, and well worth the price, especially when comparing it to other products of similar description. I would recommend this product...just make sure what length you need and order.

The media could not be loaded. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this actually works. I have a bigger window that I've always washed by hand but always had to get out a ladder since it was high off the ground. I was a bit skeptical that this would dry well without streaks by using the squeegee so I tried it on the inside first. I was impressed.The pole itself was heavier than I expected but not too heavy & is well built. The weight distributes really well & it helps to get the right amount of pressure needed to use the squeegee. Pole length is way longer than I'll ever need but if you have bigger windows high off the ground then I'd recommend this one. Or just take the top off the pole & use it for large doors, glass showers, big mirrors etc. I used it on our large glass entry door as well & it did an really good job in getting it nice & clean! Streak free & quick cleaning is always a plus with kids around & this does it!

This window cleaner is very well built! Not flimsy when when fully extended and the best part, the end is detachable! This is handy for use inside car windows, cleaning mirrors, sun roofs then just attach pole and reach 2nd story windows!

We have several windows that are high up. Everytime we wash them we have to get out an extension ladder. This is the perfect length for us and really did a good job cleaning. Highly recommend!

This pole was bent when I received OR it bent when I was using it, not sure. I had to get a window up above what I already washed and extended or tried to extend the pole and it was bent and would not extend. Sending back.EDIT: seller provided a full refund; offered my a free item as well but I didn't need what they offered. Definitely trustworthy folks, the product didn't work for me but I would buy from them again. Changing from one star to three since the risk with this item is minimal.
