I was a little worried with the ratings, but then I realized all oat milk barista blends get a bad rep unless they are really sweet. My boyfriend and I try to eat on the cleaner side and love this! We were shopping around trying a couple once we got our espresso machine and found this 3rd and haven’t looked at anything else. Plus the branding is so fun to see in the fridge :)Tastes light and not overpowering. Consistency is a medium thickness. Foams really well. Can withstand a longer steaming time without burning. Highly recommend!

The flavor is not unpleasant in small amounts - but there are many notable downsides. To begin, it feels very WATERY and remains FLAT, not foaming at all my automatic frother which makes great foam of other milks. The nutritional profile is poor compared to just about anything else - no fiber or vitamins. Yet the cost has been increased even higher since when I purchased it. It is also tastes SALTLY because they are adding salt into it (?) This seems like a product quality that should be in the budget category. The best thing about may be the catchy packaging.I wish I had skipped this brand when I went to try different oatmilk offerings. Could give two stars for flavor but taking it down to one for being labeled as "barista standard" which is also completely false. So if you want to pay hugely for the glossy container and cartoon and do not care at all about the contents, it might be ok. You could pour out the milk and just reuse the containers to try to get your money's worth. Otherwise, I can't imagine a satisfying way of even using the contents here.

I did not notice that the amount of protein was very low when purchasing and that was disappointing but the taste is just fine.

Since I know this brand, this is the only choice that I use for my daily matcha latte. I don't really know how to describe the taste, but I feel like you can taste matcha the best with this brand.

Pretty Good
I bought this after I got sick of lactose induced tummy issues. This goes well with my daily coffee and is good enough to drink by itself or with my protein powders.This has a shelf life of close to 9 months left and can be stored in a pantry cupboard when unopened so I save on food waste compared to having to throw milk out after they go bad so fast.All in all , this is a good switch up for me, and may very well be permanent
