The FlashForge Adventurer 5M Pro arrived and I had it set up and ready to go in about 15 minutes. I loaded the Benchy tugboat test file from the supplied usb drive and had my first print in no time. Operation is highly intuitive. Pay attention to your printer bed temperature. Mine works best with PLA at 60 degrees C bed temp and default extruder temp.The unit comes with two quick-change extruder heads, a 0.4 and a 0.6mm. I ordered a 0.25mm but have not used it yet. The 0.4 works for almost everything I have tried so far. The unit prints extremely cleanly and is fast!! Both filaments and extruder heads change quick and clean. I was frankly astounded at the quality of all my prints, which I grabbed from places like Thingverse, Cults3d, etc. and sized for use right in the FlashPrint 5 software. Be aware, there is new free software available at FlashForge. Orca-FlashForge which is much more sophisticated. There is also what appears to be software to create dental replicas (?!)I have about a dozen rolls of PLA from various sources, and all but one print flawlessly. That may be user error.Some notes: Get and use a filament dryer for any filament that has been out of the vacuum sealed package. FlashForge filament tends to cost a bit more, but the results are noticeably better than most "sort price low to high" products. Learning to print a raft base for things like the globe I printed will save time and materials from premature object detachment!The FlashForge software comes in an android/iphone version that allows easy control and monitoring of the print in progress via the built in webcam. This can be done on the PC software as well. A little gripe is that I could not find the "Time remaining" readout in the PC app, but it is there on the mobile app and the Printer front panel display. Sending files to the printer via WiFi is smooth and quick, so I rarely shuffle files via usb flashdrive.This has been a truly joyful addition to my maker studio!

So far one week, I just want to say this printer is absolutely amazing.1: Comes out of box ready to print and you just need to remove 4 screws2. App is up to date on the print and I can pause and cancel from the app3. The Software is clean I really like it and I can send stuff easily to the printer4. The printer screen is amazing also and it being touch screen is amazing. Additionally you can increase the speed and many other things with the screen5. Lastly, the 3d printer prints so fast it’s like it’s a sped up videoCompared to a previous 3d printer I had which failed on me and when I ordered a replacement part it still didn’t work. There was no app, no indication of progress, and slow printing speeds, this printer is worth the money and everything.

This was a very simple printer to set up and I immediately got started printing parts. I love the camera option and can watch it print from my phone. Just download the VLC App and open network stream and type in http://(type in your network address for your printer):8080/? action=stream .The printer is very quiet and the display on the touchscreen is easy to navigate. I love the WiFi connection to where I don't have to use a USB stick to download the program to the machine. The travel speeds are FAST! I also own a FLASH FORGE Creator Pro and I can definitely see the difference between the two. The quick change nozzle is a huge plus! After shorting out the motherboard trying to change out the nozzles on my Creator Pro, I was pleasantly surprised to see that FF changed out that design to keep you from shorting out the board.The clean out on the bottom is easy too! Just wipe out any debris without having to go over a lip.The printer stays at a nice constant temperature inside since it is fully sealed for the air filtration system.Flashprint 5 is the software needed and it comes on the USB Stick for easy extraction. You will more than likely need to update the firmware as soon as you get it. Just get on your wifi and it will prompt you to do the update.The machine is fairly rigid and has good stability.Just make sure to place it in a rigid surface when using.The only drawback is the software, but for a beginner it is very easy to navigate and performs flawlessly.I really don't have any thing bad to say about this printer. I started printing as soon as I got it set up which took approximately 20 minutes from the time I opened up the box.This was money well spent!

Unit came as promised. Setup was easy. But when it came time to feed the filament, the filament could not go into the feeder+sensor assembly no matter which angle i tried to push it in. Contacted the manufacturer, they said to disassemble the filament feed assembly and see where the issue was. I was not willing to do that. Had to return the unit back to Bolo as defective. Disappointed that I was not able to get it working, The unit looked good and seemed to be fast during setup.Will be ordering one more and hope that it will not have problems. Keeping my fingers crossed

This printer is the first thing that I have purchased in a while that brings a smile to my face. Small learning curve easy set up. Reliable not every print is perfect but more successes than failures. Very happy with this printer.

Easy to operate out of the box. Setup time did not take long. My only complaint is not having a mobile app for sending and managing print jobs
Would be 5 star but...
Bed leveling was an issue on mine, the plate wasn't perfectly leveled, and i found that the self leveling feature wasn't autonomous, and it wasn't compensating for sloppy bed...I've ended up changing my build plate assembly for the magnetic one of the no lite version.The rest of the printer is really nice, easy to use and really simple slicer.It's just a shame to build a product really nicely and fail at the end on a 1% part of the firmware(You can have z compensation feature on a 100$ printer...)But with a strait bed it's the best printer i had so far so I recommand the adventurer 4 regular version
