I used this to encapsulate the wires for a garage door opener. It made assembly so much easier and more secure. All wire sizes are are accommodated.

the tools work great and are easy to use. the ferrules work good. In most applications i prefer the longer ferrules not the shorter ones. the biggest issue is the case they come is in cheap plastic and not very durable. I am a traveling service tech and fly all over the world working on equipment. i not only do electrical work but i do some mechanical work also so i have a wide assortment of tools in my box the heap plastic box lasted for maybe f flights thru TSA before it broke in have and spilled the ferrules all over my tool box. my previous container took 3 years to crack and i bought the case at tractor supply and when it cracked i then bought this set to give it a try. it would be nice if they offered an upgraded case.

No es una herramienta que use mucho, sin embargo ha servido para su propósito muy bien, a pesar de ser hexagonal, los terminales se han acomodado bastante bien en borneras de entrada rectangular. La caja vino con una pequeña rotura en una de las divisiones, pero nada que afecte su funcionalidad.

I use this kit often. Kit goes from 22awg to 10awg. The crimper is ratching and crimps the ferrules well. I got insulated and non-insulated ferrules. Also some insulated ferrules are designed for handling two wires. The kit I bought came with wire strippers and they are of good quality. I would definitely recommend this kit for work or home use. I use it at work. Wish I had bought one sooner.

Tool I got only does up to 10 awg despite title saying it does up to 7. Straight up lie.

Las herramientas se ven aceptables, pero las terminales son muy delgadas, vienen mezcladas e incompletas! No viene la cantidad indicada de cada una de las terminales.
