Tips Keep your shoes dry. Remove the original sole of the shoe before putting the soft insole. Put the insoles in a ventilating place to keep them dry and fresh. High temperature exposure is strictly prohibited.

I've tried SO many insoles of various materials, arch supports low or high, on and on. Gel ones are too bouncy, as in rebounding too early, plus gel insoles are heavy for the thickness.I bought these last Prime days. They are about as close to perfect as insoles can be. I love the soft but sufficient arch support, cushioned but not too thick heel and more. This summer I've been wearing zero heel lift sandals but needed some cushioning. These are great. I've also used them in hiking boots and they work well there too. So far there are no signs of compressing though I've only been using them a few months. Add in the reasonable price and they're unbeatable.

I liked being able to cut to my size. Memory foam feels nice but I am not certain it has the support I need or that it will not take up too much space in a closed shoe. Elevated heel.

These are comfortable. I use them in my converse shoes but it lifts my foot out of the shoe a little. Maybe better in a tennis shoe.

I have both the yellow and black versions of this product, and both do the job, but these black versions are the best for general use, working in every sneaker I've tried them in. Excellent product.

Looked Good, wore the first day and seemed rather loose so I bought insoles, the next day a little better but still floppy on my feet. Next noted the metal hoops the valcrow went through turned and pinched the shoe hoop and pinched the tie plus added an inch to the tie. I cut about two inches out of the elastic laces and that helped a little but the ties were still too long. Today I am devising a way to make the tie shorter so as it matches the valcrow on the tie. Sadly this has given me a bad taste for these shoes but with the cutting and glueing they can't be returned. More than likely they will end up in the place where all good shoes go to rest.
