Apparently the hand soap we use is somewhat on the thicker side compared to others, but this pump works great! I will say that I thought my arm was going to fall off getting the soap from the bottle to the pump the first time, but once it got there it's been perfect. Installation was really easy, too. It took me about 10 minutes to remove the old (defective) pump and reinstall this one.

Before I had the one that twists into a little bottle but this one just goes right into the big soap container. It was so easy to set up, I’ve had zero problems!

The media could not be loaded. I’m giving this soap dispenser 4 stars. The brushed finish looks great and fits in well with my kitchen decor. The 47-inch hose is plenty long, allowing me to connect it easily to a soap container under the sink, which saves me from constantly refilling. The variety of bottle adapters included is a really handy feature, making it compatible with different types of soap containers.Overall, it’s a solid addition to my kitchen setup, with only minor room for improvement!
