I really like this vinegar quite a bit. I not only use it for salad dressings and also for seasoning, but I also use it to drink daily. I put a shot of this in some ice cold water and drink it that way to get the health benefits of vine

This is a very tasty apple cider vinegar. I tried it first as a sipping vinegar, and although you do get a bit of sweetness, I was really missing the maple flavor. As an ingredient, it makes a very tasty vinaigrette, or as an ingredient in a dipping sauce. But I was just really hoping it would have more maple flavor, without having to add my own maple syrup for a particular recipe I had in mind. The bottle is beautiful, and it looks great on your table.

What to know here.1) This bottle is very thick and round with around 2 inches of glass on the bottom.2) This Vinegar is very potent, once you pop the top it will hit you.3) There is a good scent of sweetness to this Vinegar but this is no Vinaigrette4) This is raw and unfiltered, you can see the particles in this if you move it around at the bottom.5) I used this to mix with a sauce I normally make up, I first made sure to strain the vinegar before using.

This is good apple.cider vinegar... It has pretty much the normal ACV taste, maybe a little sweeter but I don't really get the maple flavor from it...but it is good flavored vinegar and will go good in our bbq or salads...and it comes in an impressive looking bottle that looks good among my other cooking liquids.

I will likely use this vinegar primarily for oil and vinegar based dressings but I first tested it in a shrub type beverage. 6 oz apple cider, 1.5 oz shot of maple apple cider vinegar, 4 oz club soda and 1 pkt SF sweetner over ice in a tall glass. So good. In fact, maybe I won't use it in dressings at all as this could be my signature summertime drink. I really don't detect much maple in this vinegar but it has a smooth roundness that plain apple cider vinegar doesn't have. The beautiful bottle looks upscale and would be at home displayed among your liquor bottles or on an open shelf in the kitchen. Certainly giftable, this is a wonderful vinegar to add to your collection of culinary staples.

Very flavorful but I don't taste the maple at all. It has somewhat of sweet flavor to it which makes it great for sipping.I typically use 1/3 of shot glass a day, chased by a drink of water. The acidic nature of vinegar is not good for the enamel on your teeth. I appreciate this vinegar has the 'mother' which gives it its cloudy appearance.Aside from the purported health benefits of apple cider vinegar, this would be excellent used in cooking or as an ingredient in salad dressings.

We use ACV for so many things here, so when I saw this I knew we needed to give it a try. So glad I did. It’s super flavorful, but it’s not like drinking maple syrup or anything. Aside from drinking your ACV shot in the morning, I’ve used this in our dressings, smoothies & even on our chicken! Very happy with it.It’s presented beautifully, like a fine liquor & is made by a lovely small business in New York. I very much recommend this ACV to anyone who wants to mix it a little!

I like adding apple cider vinegar to some of my cocktails to give them a bite so when I saw a maple one I figured why not try it? It came packaged just fine with no spills. Getting it out it's a decent-sized bottle of vinegar. Tasting it has the apple cider vinegar sting but with a nice maple taste to balance it out. I made a cocktail with this and whiskey and it was pretty good. As with all things vinegar though a little goes a long way so don't overdo it. All in all, I really like this take on apple cider vinegar.
