I bought this four-wheeled mobility walker for my Grandpa to make traveling more convenient, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. The seat can be adjusted and rotated, and the legroom is spacious, which is very comfortable even for long-term use. The body structure is sturdy, and it can travel smoothly on both flat roads and slightly uneven paths. The front basket design is very considerate, and Grandpa can easily place small daily items such as shopping bags or personal items. The battery life is long enough to support a full day of activities, and the battery pack is removable for easy charging at night. In addition, the whole vehicle can be disassembled quickly and the various parts can be neatly placed in the trunk of the car, which is very suitable for travel. I can easily get around my property. I had a bit of difficulty getting it set up. My biggest complaint is Bolo customer support. Trying to get help from someone speaking softly with a very heavy accent was impossible and being transferred four times and still not getting help is incredibly frustrating.The scooter itself is a great value. I highly recommend it. Bolo support, as I said was no help.
