This ladle and spatula set is made of thick stainless steel. All the edges of the spatula head are rounded and its dimensions are 4 inches by 4 inches, perfect size for my 14-inch Woks. Their handles are partial wood and comfortable to hold.They never get too hot to grip.I use either one of them as a turner to stir-fry-cook my meals with the woks. They are sturdy and easy to clean. I store them in a ceramic utensil holder.
