4.0 out of 5 stars Value-priced very capable ultra-lightweight UC DECT business phone/computer headset
I've had the pleasure of reviewing several YeaLink devices recently. All have delivered on the expectations. If you haven't shopped for business headsets in two years, you may have missed the ascendancy of Yealink becoming a leader.Again, I was impressed:The Yealink WH63 stands out with its professional design and thoughtful features, and can be used with UC phones and computers. The construction has a solid feel and is customizable and comfortable fit. The gel caps are particularly easy to switch, more so than with some other brands. Since it is so ultra-light, you don't need an ear hook.Functionality is very good with the WH63, featuring an easy-to-use answer/end call button and a red mute key located conveniently on the back of the headset. One of its standout features is the touch-sensitive volume control, allowing users to simply slide towards the “+” to increase or “-” to decrease volume, a more refined alternative to physical buttons (but takes some getting used to).For users who wear glasses, the gel cap-only wearing option is especially practical. The headset stays securely in place during regular office movements. Another thoughtful addition from Yealink is the voice prompt that notifies you when you're out of range from the base. The headset gives a discrete “Out of range” alert at 2-3 minute intervals and lets you know when you're back in range—perfect for staying aware of connectivity status, particularly in a home office setup.Note that EHS compatibility is not universal. See the item description for compatible phone models. And if you want stuff like mechanical lifters, look elsewhere (and likely pay much more). The incoming and outgoing voices are very good. The same goes for the impressive microphone noise reduction. My only real complaints are that the USB computer connection cable is too short, and the headset battery cannot be replaced once it wears out.Recommended.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy.3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised.2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews!1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight & Flexible Ways to Wear
The WH63 wireless headset is comfortable to wear for hours and lightweight. If you dislike the padded headset over the ears, you will like this on-ear headset instead. There are 3 ways to wear it, which helps with the flexibility. Best of all, it works great with my home office, with platforms like Zoom and Skype, and it works in the office as well. The headset also has noise-canceling, a long battery life, and a large range. I walked to the other side of our building and could still hear the call. This is a great headset if you spend a lot of time on calls.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not what it appeared to be
Reading the product description and capabilities was quite confusing, but I got the distinct impression that this was a device to use on a computer to facilitate phone calls via Zoom and Skype and the like. However, it must have an actual phone, and I guess a landline, to work. I certainly can't figure out from the directions how to use otherwise. I also have a MacBook and anything in the instruction booklet refers to a PC or Microsoft, as the instruction states it is certified for "Microsoft Teams.'Only recommended if you are highly versatile in tech and computers. I am very tech savvy, having used desktop computers since 1986, both Apple and PC, in all their evolutionary forms since then. My two latest are the Surface Pro and the MacBook Pro, both of which I use effortlessly. But this device is beyond me, and it does make me wonder if the latest hardware is beyond this; in other words, I wonder if this is outmoded. I did see from other comments that it is being used, successfully, but I think they must have landlines.
5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable
This headset works great to be able to connect it to my cell phone and my computer! It is lightweight and isn't bulky at all. The connection was seamless and I didn't have any issues keeping it connected.
4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable
This has worked well. The battery life is pretty long on this. Its fairly easy to use and the audio is great on it. It reaches well, I can get up and go print something or get some coffee and still stay connected. Overall I have been happy with how this headset has performed so far.
