I have been buying this brand for the last 3 years (I have close to 13 years using adapalene), I currently live in Panamá and medicine here is expensive., so I get somethings send to a FF, last time I received another product (was a open sample) inside the box that was inside a sealed bag (so It came like that from the manufacturer?) and couldn't receive a refund, so I lost 7 bucks, Bolo didn't even give me the option to chat with customer service or call. I'm not happy about it.
