I've been waiting to write a review about this product. It was a "well, we'll see" kind of thing, because I'd tried everything! I have tried all kind of supplements and concoction, you name it. I had gotten really sick in 2013 and lost about all my hair. It never full grew back. It was just thin and scraggly looking. I couldn't fix it. I'd comb to one side and it would leave a bald spot on the other side. I could put it all up with one regular size bobby pin. It had gotten some better, but still not back post 2013. Since using this, even my family has noticed that my hair is thicker. Also, I started wearing a silk bonnet at night. The combination has absolutely been a "hair" changer! My hair has even gotten darker. I have dark brown hair anyway, but now it's almost black. I'm waiting for someone to ask me if I have put color on my hair. I'm on my second bottle. Will keep buying as long as it's working.

I haven’t been using this item long enough to know if it is helping with regrowth of my hair after losing a lot of weight. But I can say it is very light and I can’t even tell it’s in my hair, doesn’t leave any residue or film. It dispenses easy and smells lovely.

This works for regrowth of hair. I started using the name brand several years ago because my hairline had visibly receded and my hair was thinning out a lot. I only used it where I had hair loss. It took about 1 full year for my hair to regrow and my hairline is now back where it was. As soon as I stopped using it, my hair loss returned. So I kept it up.I have used other products over the two years since then. Of them all, this brand has had the best results and a reasonable price compared to other brands including the original brand.They all have the same issues. Foam settles in a can so I give it a shake every time before I use it. The cap is difficult to get off and back on and you need a delicate touch to get only a half capful (it expands as soon as you press the nozzle). I part my hair, put a little on my fingers, and rub it in a bit so that it gets on the scalp. It is foam so it always gets in the hair and makes it feel stiff (like a hairspray stiffness). I do it before my workout and wash my hair after my workout. Now, I use it roughly every other day and it continues to work.This is for growing back hair you lost. It does that. It does not thicken your hair or prevent hair loss from anywhere you did not apply it on your scalp. It does not add hair where you never had any but it does prevent bald spots and receding hair lines....I do wish they would change that cap!

If it were possible to give it “zero stars” I would have. I started using this product a week and a half ago for thinning hair. In the last few days I have noticed hair falling out when I brush it or am shampooing. I called twice to ask if this is a normal initial side effect. Both times I called I had to give a bunch of personal information before I could even ask my question and neither person was able to answer the question without reading the entire box Label out loud which I told them I had already read‼️🤦🏼♀️ When I called the help line I was told that they represent numerous products and that there was no one who specialized in Monoxidil so that was it. This has caused so much stress. According to reviews I thought I had found the best product possible only to experience added hair loss and total frustration with their so called “trouble shooters”. An overall bad experience.I am going to switch products.

I started using this and immediately had problems; chest pain, headaches, weird smell. After reading that these are all possible side effects and there are many more I decided not to use it. Just make sure you think the risk is worth it because it can’t be returned.

This product works, but takes commitment. I read some comments were people are confused bc they had some shedding at first or it stopped working when they stopped using it. This and all the other products say this, if you read it. I started feeling a blad spot in the back if my head and around the front. In less than two months I have peach fuzz growing in. I'm very happy. But again, it is work and you do have to use it daily.

This is much cheaper than the Rogain and it works just like it. Don’t think it’s not good due to it being a generic. I’ll never purchase anything other than what I’m using now. I recommend 100%

I have been using this product for a little over a year now and my bald spot has gotten a lot less noticeable. There is definitely more hair on my head. I plan to continue using this product.
