We got it because we wanted to breastfeed for our first child and I ended up pumping instead but there are a lot of pieces in the survival kit. Every items help but I wish there were a cream to numb the nipples. I got one from a different name brand because my boobs were hurting but other than that, I def recommend if you are willing to breastfeed or breast pump. The hot cold pads help and spray ease off your boobs. It is worth it for the price

Ordered this product for the birth of my baby, it literally is amazing. It comes with the heating/cooling reusable pads to help with the letdown of milk and breast aches. The saline spray feels nice and cool and the balm definetly helps. I did not end up using the pads that this come with as I ordered some reusable/washable ones. This also comes in a sturdy bag that can be reused for other things. Perfect for baby shower gifts for mom. Highly recommend.

As I am exclusively pumping I’ve definitely benefited from several of the times in the pack. My favorites have been the spray and gel. Some of the items I didn’t find as useful, but it was still worthwhile to try them out. Definirelt recommend this pack!

OMG! This was a life saver when I first started breastfeeding. The quality is A1 which is typical for Frida.The cooling and heating breast pads helped out so much when the breast were full and achy.The lubricant help so much with cracked nips and made no mess to apply. The cooling gels helped minimize the pain when your a beginner at breastfeeding. Same thing goes with the spray. Would 100% recommend this for all moms with hurting nips
