I love my older Dell Latitude and wanted to upgrade to a faster computer with more RAM before Windows 10 is no longer supported. The Latitude 3540 made in China was a huge disappointment. During setup my screen froze and I had to do a hard reboot three times. Once the computer began to run Windows 11, navigating by typing in search boxes stopped working. I spoke with 4 different Dell technical support individuals and was disconnected three times. It became obvious that the individuals attempting to help me were not at all familiar with the screens. After more then six hours of trouble shooting, I gave up and sent the laptop back. If the technical support can't fix it, then how could I justify the expense?

After numerous updates on my computer I could not get audio, which really ticked me off. I had not problem before that. Now, I can listen to audio on the laptop.
