    Good quality produce for less. This is good for the digestive system and immune system, and keeps your bathroom habits regular. It really has no taste. You can add it to coffee, smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, and more. It can form a blob if you don’t blend it well, but it is not gooey or slimey. I actually like the little bit of “crunch” as a yogurt topping. As long as you blend it well, it dissolves in the food product and you don’t taste it. I always keep this on hand, especially for traveling when your diet can be a little different and you need some fiber.

    I need a fiber supplement handy for my cat, generally the brand does not so much matter.. buuut, this time we went with the cheap one& it's definately cheap trash, IMMEDIATELY TURNS INTO THICK, SLIMEY, STICKY ..GROSSNESS ..UPON TOUCHING WATER, zero, yes, zero time to stir.. contact w water and it's a nasty clump... Horrid product, lesson learned for trying out bargain price shopping.Thank you Bolo for issuing a refund upon my call and description.. With supplements, health supplements in general, don't act like your penny-pinching Grama's generation, thats all.

    The only complaint I have is that it doesn't dissolve as quickly as name brands or other brands that I have used before. I just have to stir it a little longer which is no big deal. Works as other brands.
