Recently, I purchased these caramels from ChocZero. They were exactly as described, very soft and chewy . . . a delightful alternative while maintaining a keto diet. I went through them quickly and decided to order from Bolo. The Bolo order was delivered quickly, but the caramels were hard and brittle on the outside. I checked the best by date on the packaging ( B.B. Dec. 8 2025 ) but given their condition now, I have to assume that in a years time they would be rock candy, emphasis on the rock! Not sure if this is a storage issue, but if you want a wonderful, sugar free, keto treat, order these directly from the company.

These are the best no sugar candies I have ever had. They are a bit hard at first (I guess this depends on what batch you get) but then after a couple chews they soften and are very flavorful caramels.It's perfect for that sweet tooth moment when you just want a little something that's not going tobreak your keto diet or make your glucose go through the roof. I also love the fact that these are made with monkfruit and not horrible artificial sweeteners. They are a little pricey but I pace myself with them and only have one when I really get a sweet craving. I'm so thankful that ChocZero is making these no sugar treats and I will be buying more !

I love these caramels as a sweet treat. Eating keto is the only way I’ve been able to lose weight and I have to keep my carbs very low! I also have a monster sweet tooth! These taste just as good as regular caramels (not exactly the same). I like the buttery smoothness and they’re not too sticky/hard to eat.

They’re soft and chewy, melt in your mouth. But to me there was more of a heavy maple flavor instead of caramel. So while they’re very good, I wasn’t fond of the flavor.

The caramels are a pleasant snack when I have a desire a candy. The flavor is a tiny bit off, but not bad. They do get hard and difficult to bite into.
