Buying a new TV is a research nightmare. Not this time, This unit is simple and smart. So easy to operate, picture quality is better than any TV double the price, we are very pleased with the quality and ease of use. Simple remote, a bit small but you don't have to look at it to use it's all cut and dry operation. Buy a matching additional remote for sharing. Remotes are solar and will never need batteries!!! They charge with just room light or flip over on a table with some sun, can also charge the remote and it will last almost a year. For the price this is the best TV on the market. Oh, it is so slim you can paste it on the wall.

The 75 inch TV arrived on schedule and was easy to set up on the legs. I would strongly urge reading the unpacking instructions provided on the outside of the box, makes life so much more simple. You're going to need at least 3 people to unpack and set up. I used the legs that came with the tv but may mount on the wall in the future. You're going to need two people to hold the tv (it's pretty heavy) and the third will need to slide the legs into the slots on the back. I hadn't realized that there are little white clips in the leg that, when extended, raise the tv up about 2 inches higher (for extra clearance, like the sound bar I bought to go with it). One clip in the legs was up and the other was down and it took a few tries to figure out why my tv was sitting at an angle, but after a quick second glance at the instructions I realized my error and fixed it. You will have to apply some blunt force to the legs to get them all the way in to the slots. This tv has a ton of features, I would suggest looking up videos and articles to figure them all out. I am a former ROKU user so I was hesitant and went ahead and bought a ROKU ultra to plug into this, but after getting used to the layout and navigation of this tv I'll likely be returning the ROKU. This has all the main streaming channels I used to watch on my ROKU, I just had to get used to the new layout. Picture is very nice, I'm no expert but for the price, you're going to get an amazing picture (I did have to lower the brightness from 50 to 25, not sure if that's the default but it was a bit too bright at first). The rechargeable remote (same as charging a phone) is great, even has a small solar panel on the back to recharge when you aren't using it (though you'll have to put the remote face down). The remote has a mic on it and once I installed Alexa on it it works like a charm. I just tell the remote what I want to watch and BAM!, it goes right to it! Worth the money, worth the time, very happy customer.

This TV arrived on time, wonderfully packaged. I have several Samsung sets, so very familiar with the navigation and set up of the set. The picture is wonderful, and the sound is great for me. I am not an audio or video expert --- just the average guy who wants to watch TV and enjoy my shows (including sports). I am thrilled with the set. No complaints at all. If I had this next to more expensive sets would I see why they cost much more money? I have no idea... don't care. My eyes and ears are 100% happy with this set, and this price!

The picture quality is phenomenal, the sound quality is excellentMy big problem - the tiny remote that has too few buttons and a depressed power button.I installed this TV a few days before Christmas and I was disappointed by how the remote worked. I don't like how volume-up, volume-down and mute button on the same button, I figured it out rather quickly, however it is so annoying for someone who is used to separate buttons. I started looking for a universal remote to replace it, although many remotes said they would work, I was apprehensive, because there is no information stating the there is an Infrared reciever in this model. Since I had a universal remote sitting around here, I decided to try it, and it worked! I was able to then program her FIOS remote to control the TV! Major problem solved - I just wish Samsung documented that in their manual!I do not use any of the smart TV features, as it requires a Samsung account. I plugged my ROKU into it and that picks up all of my streaming channels.Overall it is a great product with a horrible remote.

This tv has a phenomenal high definition picture, great TV at a very reasonable price.I love the features and the solar charging remote.Very good sound, however I do use a separate surround sound system most of the time.Highly recommend
