The Samsung Crystal UHD 55-inch TV is so good, I think I’ve accidentally become a professional binge-watcher. I turned it on once, and I’m pretty sure I haven’t left my couch since. This thing sucks you into content like it’s a portal to another dimension—where Netflix asks, “Are you still watching?” and the answer is always yes.Picture Quality:The 4K resolution is so sharp, I swear I saw every individual pore on an actor’s face during a close-up—though I’m not sure I needed that level of intimacy with my favorite sitcom stars. Colors are so vibrant it feels like a Pixar movie exploded on my wall, and now I can’t go back to reality. Seriously, the grass on this TV looks greener than my lawn, and now I think my grass is just being lazy.Sound:The built-in speakers are surprisingly good! But do they make me feel guilty about not upgrading to a soundbar? Of course. It's like the TV is whispering, “I’m good, but imagine how much better I could be...” Sneaky.Smart Features:It’s got all the apps you can dream of—Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and about 12 others I didn't even know existed. My Roku looked at this TV, packed its bags, and left because it knew it wasn’t needed anymore. Also, the remote is so sleek that I lost it within 20 minutes, but it felt like a good excuse to try Samsung’s phone app remote control—turns out, that works like a charm too.Verdict:This TV has become the MVP of my living room—whether I'm watching a blockbuster or just admiring the menu screen because I can't decide what to watch. It's elegant, ridiculously clear, and smarter than me (but that's not saying much).5/5 stars! Just be warned: once you turn it on, you may find yourself saying, “Just one more episode” until 3 AM rolls around... at which point the Crystal UHD is still looking perfect, and you’re looking like a raccoon with no regrets. 🦝

After researching tvs for a few months, I decided to purchase this Samsung Crystal 4K because I wanted something larger for the distance of my viewing (8-9 feet) and I had a Toshiba 49” 1080hp that’s 5 years old. I made the leap and purchased this. Was delivered fast and up my 16 steps to my porch. TV is great! Easy to unbox by myself and carry inside. Packaging is excellent. Lightweight. I hooked it up immediately and noticed a HUGE difference in quality. The characters from The Hobbit I was watching looked so incredibly almost AI generated. The colors are so vibrant and vivid. I’m a huge gamer and hooked my Xbox up and it made everything so dynamic and better. The quality in picture is there. Some reviews said sound quality is terrible. I think the sound is good. I have a soundbar with an optic cable I haven’t figured out how to connect to this. But I love that I can say goodbye to my ROKU as this has WIFI Connectivity and all my apps are already pre-loaded. My favorite feature is turning the Xbox on with a single button instead of having to go to HDMI port settings and change it that way. Highly recommend.

The first TV I received had a cracked screen similar to other reviewers. The crack was significant and located at the bottom of the TV. The shipping box was fine and the delivery driver was very careful (they handed the box to me). I immediately contacted Bolo and they shipped me a new one the next day. The new one is connected and its working fine with an excellent picture. Setup was very easy. I'm worried, though, whether the TV is extremely fragile or if the damaged one was the result of poor quality control. Time will tell. For now, I'm pleased with my purchase and very impressed with Bolo's excellent service. Four stars instead of five due to the hassle of dealing with the damaged TV.

So easy to set up, did it just by myself. Able to lift out of box, attached my Roku Device, plug in and turn on. Everything transferred over from my old Samsung. Very happy with picture and sound quality. Customer service was great....the first one delivered had a cracked crystal....no problem, they exchanged and sent labels for the return and UPS picked up.....received my replacement quickly and there was no charge to my credit card....when they received the return they just consider original transaction complete. I was very happy to get a slightly larger Samsung smart tv from my previous Samsung which worked very well though the screen was going dark at top and bottom....it was in service from January 2013! This current model is very nicely priced too.....compared to the 2013 model. Love Samsung TV quality.

Bought this TV for our home movie theater room to replace an 11 year old LED projector. Amazing TV. I can't believe how far TV tech has advanced in my lifetime (45 years old). I went with Samsung because our other smart TVs in the house are also Samsung, which means my family members all know how to use and navigate the same user interface software. I watched Thursday Night Football on it on Bolo Prime the other night and it was so immersive and beautiful. So much more vibrant and sharp than a projector.I also recommend the Echogear tilting wall mount for TVs up to 90" if you will be hanging it on a wall. It was easy to install myself. The TV weight is about 72 pounds, so I was able to lift it from the middle, my 13 year old daughter on the left, my wife on the right to balance it steady, and it hangs right on the wall mount and snaps into place very easy. Just take your time, follow the instructions, have at least 1 person to help you lift/mount, and you'll be good to go. I loved the price, too. Hope this review helps you out!

This tv arrived intact . After setup, the TV is working as it should, no problems with the remote and the screen wasn't broken or cracked. Clear, beautiful picture. Great value for the price. Everything works as it should and I love this tv!

I'm loving my new Samsung tv. Great picture, Great price. Everything connects seamlessly. Plugged it in and it started setting itself up. I might invest in the smart things, they seem very cool how they can turn on and off lights etc.
