Seemed like a good product to get as I age. Certainly, joints and especially the lower back and knees specifically, become stiffer and more painful as we age.I believe it takes time to really evaluate something like this but after taking it for several weeks it still seems like a good option to ease aging stresses. I did not like the idea of taking 5 at one time or even over the course of a day so I began small, taking first one, then two, then 3. With something new like this I feel more comfortable gradually building up to a full dose.While I still believe it takes time to evaluate and probably continued use (i.e. more than 1 bottle), I'm satisfied so are and will continue to use.

This product does seem to work, I’ve noticed a reduction in the pain in my joints. Not overly significant, but enough to notice. The pills are reasonably sized and easy to take. However- you are recommended to take 5. That just seems excessive. I take a lot of other supplements, so taking 5 more pills for one product just seems like a lot. I was leery of taking all at once, so I started at 3 per day and worked my way up.

They appear to be working for me even though I haven't finished my bottle yet. I have noticed a bit more mobility in my wrist and hands as well, even two weeks in!At 5 capsules per serving, it feels like an excessive amount. But due to the higher amounts of the primary ingredients, I can see why 5 capsules seems like a lot. I personally have no problems taking them at once, since I normally take multiple vitamins/minerals throughout the day, so I'm used to taking large amounts with no issues.I'm hoping these will become available again, as I would easily purchase another bottle.I suggest speaking to your physician to see if these would be a good addition to your own routine.
