Safe from metal utensils, Viking HybridPlus 3-Ply Nonstick Fry Pans are ideal for searing, sautéing, and browning while still delivering easy cleanup. The 8” Pan is an ideal size for everyday use. Viking HybridPlus cookware is coated with an advanced nonstick coating that features long lasting, superior release. The innovative design of the cooking surface features a raised diamond tread pattern that sits just above the nonstick coating. The raised stainless-steel pattern protects the nonstick coating from scratching, making this pan ideal for use with metal utensils. You never need to worry about what utensil you or anyone in your house uses – the scratch-resistant nonstick is protected. The 3-ply clad construction delivers professional quality heat transfer. The exterior stainless steel layer is induction-capable while the interior layer is 304 non-reactive surgical grade stainless. Sandwiched between these layers is a layer of aluminum that helps to conduct the heat evenly through both the bottom and walls of the pan so more of the pan is working for you. Together, the three layers make this pan more efficient when cooking. The Viking 3-Ply HybridPlus line is oven safe to 500°F. The fry pans are finished with rolled rims for drip-free pouring. The signature Viking ergonomic handles are riveted in place and fully cast stainless for a lifetime of use. Each handle is equipped with a heat break to help them stay-cool during use and a finger guide for easy lifting and control. For best results, use a little oil or butter when cooking eggs or other liquid based foods. Be sure to use low-to-medium and allow the pan to fully come to temperature before adding protein for the best results. Never use aerosol nonstick sprays with these pans as it will reduce the life of the nonstick. The Viking 3-Ply Hybrid Plus line also includes 8”, 10” and 12” fry pans as well as a 2pc Fry Pan Set featuring a 9.5” and 11” fry pan. The Hybrid Plus pans are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick surface and the cookware.

Seems to work well. Like the feel. Took some getting used to as far as where to set the heat. Cleans up easily. Great that you can stove top to oven or oven to stove top with no problem.

Great hybrid pans! These are not 100% nonstick. Watch a few videos before expecting them to work like Teflon. Well worth the price. They cook everything from eggs, taco meat, steaks, vegetables. Everything I need them too without an issue. I would suggest these to others.
