I’ve only been taking anti-bloat supplements for a few days, so I think it’s too soon to know if they are actually helping or not. I will continue to take them and update my review if needed. I will update my review and change my rating if they don’t help with any of the symptoms it’s supposed to help with or if I have any kind of negative experience with this product. If I don’t update my review, you can assume that this product did give me some digestion, bloating, or constipation relief and I would recommend trying this product.This supplement is in the form of a chewable tablet, about the size of a tum. The tablets are in a ziplock type bag rather than a plastic bottle, which I don’t really like. I’d rather have them in a bottle with a lid that I can close securely. The tablets are easy to chew and the taste isn’t bad. They don’t taste great, but they aren’t so disgusting that I can’t chew them.If this product works as it says it will, I would consider buying it again once I run out.

These did absolutely nothing for me. The only thing that works for me was exercising, eliminating gluten, eating Whole Foods, fruits and veggies and cooking everything at home. There are no supplements that will substitute a healthy lifestyle.

My primary focus is a holistic nutritionist has been gut health and this is an amazing product. Helps with digestion, bowel regulation and balancing the gut microbiome. Love it!

I am giving this product 3 stars for now as I've only been taking it for about 4 or 5 days so I am not sure if they work or not yet. I can tell you though that they taste horrible. I am not sure about the reviews that said they have no flavor or taste good. They are very sour and have an odd citrusy taste that isn't quite citrus somehow.

I'm not sure why I agreed to review these pills since I hardly know what a probiotic is: I think it has something to do with influencing the microbes in my digestive tract. The directions say to take one or two with your largest meal of the day. I decided my largest meal of the day is dinner, which proved to be a problem as the last thing on my mind after eating dinner is to take a couple pills.The first time I tried these was on the evening of the one and only debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump and because I stayed up late drinking that night I didn't know if these pills affected me or if I was simply hungover. I kept forgetting to try the pills again for nearly a month after that, all the while thinking it was just as well that I hadn't taken any probiotics because I would have thought they were affecting my regularity.So I don't really know, but I think these pills do something for my intestines; I'm just not sure what. They are in any case pleasant tasting.
