The only issue was the reports didn't tally up the total amount of hours. We had to fiddle with a copy of the report in Google Sheets to get it to kind of do what we wanted. So it wasn't helpful there. But it did take away the need to go through time cards.It stopped working after about two weeks of use. I tried to contact the seller and heard nothing back. We got the error message as pictured. I tried to google the issue and found nothing to support fixing it.Do NOT buy this item. It doesn't work, and there is zero support.

The media could not be loaded. One of the best time clock in market at very reasonable price best thing is dont need to connect to computer simply transfer data through USB driver easy to setup definitely recommend this.

Bought this for a small business with 10 employees. I really didn't have high expectations but the price was reasonable and it could be delivered in 2 days so, I went for it. I've had it since October and works just as described. It accurately reads my employees fingerprints and logs them in or out. I find the reports useful and detailed. Definitely worth the price. I hope it lasts!

Sirve para tener un control de horarios, permite acceder con huella digital y con contraseña numérica, la huella digital va un poco regular, falla muchas veces. El manejo de programar horarios y personal es fácil pero el teclado para hacerlo es tedioso, recuerda a los SMS de los móviles antigüos. Por el precio que tiene esta bien, cumple su función.
