I used to make my own Almond Milk because I didn't want all the gums and additives of most, or the high prices of cleaner options. It's a chore, though, and I was desperately searching for something that was shelf-stable with simple ingredients – THIS IS IT. It's delicious and nutty, with only 3 ingredients (almonds, water, salt). I drink it daily in my coffee or matcha, and it does tend to separate, but nothing a quick stir doesn't fix. I've bought this item multiple times because of the GREAT value.

Absolutely so happy that I finally found a brand that has ZERO added junk in their almond milk! I love that Califia Organic milk only has almonds. That’s it! Unlike many other brands of almond milk has added synthetic vitamins, Guar gum, emulsifiers & other unnecessary chemicals to lower the quality of their product. Definitely recommend trying if you’re looking for a great quality almond milk with simple organic ingredients w/o all the junk.

I really enjoy this milk. I don't drive cows milk anymore and was looking for a clean alternative. I use this daily for coffee, smoothies, cereal, anything. It tastes good and I have ordered several times already. The only thing is you have to shake it/mix it. But other than that this is my go to. I would recommend to anyone looking for something with minimal ingredients.

I have ordered this almond milk a few times and really enjoy the taste and the fact that it’s organic. I was a little surprised when I looked at the expiration date and it was just not two months out. It was on sale and I was wondering if that was why. I was going to finish the 6 containers in about a month so it was not a big deal for our family but it might have been for someone else.

I've been wanting this 3 ingredient variety in a carton forever. I don't drink a lot of milk so having to buy the refrigerated half gallon and drink it in a timely manner was kind of a chore. Taste is the same.

I wasn’t able to find the refrigerated version for weeks so finally settled for this option hoping it would taste similar. After all, it’s the same 3 ingredients. I was disappointed to find that really didn’t taste good at all. And after several days, I noticed I was getting bad stomach aches at night. Stopped drinking this and it went away.Some people can taste the difference with the ultra high temperature pasteurization that shelf stable milks go through, and apparently I am one of them.
