I was very disappointed with this product. The seal around the Ice Crusher could not be removed, I tried everything to open it, but to no avail. I finally threw it away in the garbage. Do not purchase this product.

As soon as i opened this, the lid was off, it had a charge, when I put it down, it started and sliced my thumb up!! The blades flew off and cut my arm. This is such a dangerous unit!!

I guess I was expecting something bigger and heavier duty; this fits in the palm of your hand and may be able to do a couple cubes at a time. Was real surprised and disappointed when I opened the bigger box and found a real small box inside.
