This was our first experience with a paint sprayer and we did eventually figure it out. We had to thin the paint considerably, figure out which nozzle to use, and then make sure we covered all the surfaces of the chairs we were painting. This sprayer worked decent, wasn't too hard to clean at the end, and did what we needed it to do. Took away one star for the instructions not being clear and because you need an extension cord to use it. Overall a solid sprayer.

Very easy to use. Lightweight and perfect to spray paint. Easy to clean. I painted my entire garage door with no issues whatsoever. MUCH MUCH better than regular paint spray cans. I love this product. If you like to work on DYI projects, this is a perfect tool to have. It's gonna come handy all the time. My next project is to paint my backyard fence. I'm not expecting to have any issues but will post here if there is one. I LOVE IT.

I liked the sprayer for my DIY projects at home. It helped reduce the hassle of using paint brush or worry about the uneven paint near the corners / edges.Helped me to get a clean / even coat of color on my slat wall. Definitely recommend if you are new to wood work / paint. Worth the money and easy to use.

As we work on our fence rehab project, we look for ways to be more efficient, and this paint sprayer that uses a DeWalt battery seemed like it would fit the bill by helping us paint our fence lumber before we installed it. Our goal is to keep water infiltration to a minimum as we rebuild our fence - keeping our existing fence posts.We started early in the morning and our stain is fresh and very fluid, but about 10 pickets in, this sprayer quit sprayer effectively. We tried the other nozzles to no avail. Hubby was able to get it to limp along and get stain on the wood we planned to use that day, but the last few wound up being hand painted with a roller.Womp womp…bummer.

While I haven’t yet tried this for painting, I did use it to spray stain and protectant onto my dad’s wood patio, and it worked just as well. There wasn’t any clog for the primer or the stain or the protectant, which is a plus. Only thing was that the trigger was a little tough to keep pressed for a steady stream which is why you want a paint gun like this to begin with.
