5.0 out of 5 stars Much easier to using
This is my first time using the gun to paint way faster than using brush instead. Also this is lightweight and excellent prices
4.0 out of 5 stars Electric Paint Sprayer
The big advantage of this spray gun is power corded and not battery operated. I used for painting the outside of the woodshed. It worked great and with the many types of spray heads, it performed well.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great
Really great product. I highly recommend.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great for small projects
This little paint sprayer gun is really great for small projects. For bigger projects, you’ll need to keep refilling the well, which takes a bit of time and might slow you down. I was refinishing church pews and had to stop a few times to refill (not a big deal but I wasn’t on a schedule). It took a little bit of getting used to to see exactly how the paint would spray and how much I needed to dilute, but for non-professional home projects it’s a really great option. Like I said, there’s a little learning curve if you’ve never used something like this before, so test it out on something inconspicuous first! But it’s a great little tool for first-timers!
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent!
I absolutely love this little workhorse! Shelf to paint? on it. Wall to get done? on it. Front steps need a makeover? This thing got you! It's a lot lighter than the industrial one i had so i can work with it a lot longer. It sprays nicely and doesn't spit the paint everywhere. It's great for small jobs because you get them done in a fraction of the time you would with brushes or rollers. I absolutely love this thing. 10/10.
4.0 out of 5 stars Decent
This isn’t as nice quality as the name brand paint sprayers but it works well and it cost a lot less. Unless you’re attempting to use it professionally it’s works very well for home projects.
1.0 out of 5 stars A good paint sprayer for home projects- Update - <Motor Died
The media could not be loaded. Update: The sprayer was tested using water right after it was delivered to see how the sprayer worked, and it did okay. Then it was used on a few small projects after that and it still did the job. At the time I felt it was good enough for the price. Then came today. I had a bigger project to do. I needed to spray paint the railing and trim around my deck. It was going to take a couple of hours. I started with this sprayer and in less than an hour of work the motor simply died. I checked to see if there was a reset button, but I found nothing. The sprayer motor does nothing when the trigger is pulled. It's a shame but it's not a surprise that a sprayer at this price point fails so quickly.Just for a comparison, I've used another sprayer I got from a big box store for several years ago. It costs a little more than this sprayer, but not all that much more. My old sprayer is a consumer level version, but it has served me well for lots of big projects, like painting a large outside wall, and I used it to paint the entire interior of my house. That job took almost a week, and my old sprayer never let me down.So for this sprayer to fail after not even an hour of use is pretty frustrating, and it's not at all acceptable. It's not recommended and you'd be smart to void it at all costs.Notice: This product was received at no charge as part of the Bolo Vine program but this is an unbiased review. When you need to do painting around your house, a paint sprayer can make the job much easier. This electric paint sprayer connects with an extension cord to your electrical outlet and all you need to do is fill the container and you’re ready to go.The item has multiple sprayer tips that go from fine spray patterns to a large bore for spraying large areas. The kit also has a paint filter, paper funnels for pouring paint into the container, and a cleaning brush with a small cleaning wire to remove old paint from the nozzle holes. The paint container is a large size at 1,400 ml, and it’s larger than my other paint sprayer. The downside is if you fill it completely up, you have a lot of paint to lift. Also you’ll might need to thin the paint with a little water. Very thick paint can have difficulty spraying evenly out of the nozzle. The sprayer head fits very securely and precisely to the power unit which contains the fan. The sprayer starts when you pull the trigger, there’s no on/off switch needed. They have a paint flow dial on the side to let you select the amount of paint you wish to apply.I tested paint sprayer using plain water on a piece of plywood to see the spray pattern. The sprayer put out a good amount of fluid and it had good coverage. The sprayer has a lot power to get a decent flow of paint which gave me an even coverage on the surface of the wood. This what’s needed to get the best results. The sprayer is made of plastic, so it’s something to take into account on what you can expect for its longevity. But for the price, I’m willing to give it a go. It definitely is better and faster than using a paint brush or a roller.
5.0 out of 5 stars handy to have
The Electric Paint Sprayer 1400ml works well for home projects, both interior and exterior. It offers 3 spray patterns, which is handy for different tasks. However, there's a bit of a learning curve, and it takes some getting used to. Once you get the hang of it, the sprayer applies paint evenly and efficiently. Overall, a solid tool for DIY painting jobs.
