For me there were a few things that kept it from being 5 stars.The fit isn't perfect. I have a big head (size 8 hat) and the extendable band isn't quite long enough. When fully extended, the ear pad doesn't sit flat. The top rests solidly on the top of my ear, but the bottom of the pad barely touches. Since it's not flat on the ear, it's not completely stable. Putting on/removing glasses or any tension on the wire can cause it to shift and I have to readjust. Since I'm splitting my time between my work computer, my personal, computer, this happens several times an hour and the constant readjustment gets annoying.The fact that it doesn't fit flat on the ear also affects the sound quality. If I hold the bottom of the headset tighter, the sound improves noticeably.On the plus side, I do like the microphone. I've never had any sound issues with it, and flip up to mute is a nice feature.The construction is good. I was a little hesitant about this brand, but decided to give it another try. I had another set years ago and the cover pulled away within the first few months, exposing the foam cushion. So far, though, everything seems to be tight.

My experience with this microphone is that the mic sounds just as good as my other $60 headset however the earpads and audio uality from the Yealink USB Headset is pretty low quality as I hear static, ear pads are too small to fully be near my ears so I can hear other people speaking clearly. I would say that this headset is alright but with low quality audio it may be hard to hear customers and co-workers when using this headset. Plus is that the headset comes with the teams answering button + a muting button.

I got this for use on Zoom calls as the microphone on my computer stopped working for some reason. This has worked perfectly for hearing and speaking. Everyone says that they can hear me clearly and understand me. The head band is comfortable to wear and this was basically just plug in and go, so very easy to use.

This YEALINK headset is comfortable to wear. The microphone is good in that it doesn't pick up any background noise, but it can be choppy at times. The sound quality is good. It's easy to adjust and operate. I did not even have to look at the instructions. Overall, it's a decent headset but may be a little overpriced.

I use a headset for work 8-12 hours a day for work and got this for a back up when my wireless one dies but found myself wearing this one most of the day because of how comfortable it is. Audio quality is great too, noise canceling blocks out most background noise which is a plus if you work from home and your dog is inevitably barking at something out the window. Also is Teams certified so it has Teams integration allowing the buttons on the headset to control your call making it easy to mute and unmute yourself during meetings as well as answer and hang up from calls. If you are in the market for a wired headset I would definitely recommend this one for all day comfort and high quality audio for professional use. I got the Mono headset because I like being able to hear what is going on around me as well but it does come Stereo as well.
