As someone who had a hysterectomy at a very young age, I would consider myself to be quite far outside of the Femometer Ring for Fertility Tracking’s target demographic. I haven’t bled in nearly a decade—I don’t even have a cervix! But I still have a hormonal cycle, and trying to track it in any meaningful sense felt like an uphill battle. Being a bit of an edge case, I wasn’t sure if the ring would be helpful for me or not. Lo and behold, I’m finally getting consistent BBT readings and insights that I can make sense of!!!! The app’s interface is intuitive and easy to use, the symptom tracking features are customizable, and the resources and infographics I’ve viewed are well-made. As others have mentioned, the ring comes with a lifetime premium subscription to the app, and it’s clear from the interactions I’ve had with this company that they care deeply about their customer base and the work that they do.

I used it for a few weeks, wore it at night only. I compared the temps to what my watch records, and noticed some inconsistencies with the ring (it recorded temps going way up or way down whereas my watch reflected a different pattern).I decided to return it because it wasn’t reliable. My return became late due to a family emergency so since I still had the ring, I tried it again. After only about a month of having it, it stopped connecting to the app entirely. The app says it’s at a 27% charge daily, even after it’s been fully charged, and it just won’t connect at all after numerous tries.

There's so much to love about the Femometer Ring. The ring itself is comfortable and lightweight, and easily syncs with the app each morning. The price point is affordable and the app is very user-friendly and provides tons of personalized information each day based on where you are in your cycle. The sleep tracking isn't a feature I was looking for, so I was surprised at how valuable I've found it to be. I absolutely love it and the data it provides. Lastly, I had the chance to speak with someone from the company who answered any questions I had and it was easy to tell how much this company cares about what they are doing and the quality of product and service they are providing their customers.

I had an oura ring and decided to return because I didn’t want to pay for an app and it doesn’t track BBT from my knowledge. . This is a better price point for the ring, but I don’t want the extra cost of the app. I will be returning unfortunately due to that aspect of it. I want to track my temp to help me get pregnant. I don’t want to pay for a year app when I will be pregnant for 9 months and won’t get the use I am looking for. After pregnancy, I wanted to use it as preventive care.The ring itself is cute and the sizing is nice.

I have several femometer products and they always come with a short free trial of the pro upgrade for the app. But I was so happy when I registered this ring to the app and I got the pro upgrade fully complimentary for life!For the ring itself, it's a bit bulky and took me about a month to get used to the size of it. Definitely make sure to get the ring sizing kit first and try them, and leave them on all day/night. Try different fingers also so you can see what's the best option for you. If you're only doing it for fertility or sleep tracking this is a great inexpensive alternative to the Ora ring. It won't tell you your heart rate or other things that the Ora ring does, but I think the temperature is more sensitive. That being said, because it's an external temperature and not your bbt the temperature tends to fluctuate a bit more and is less consistent. And that's the reason why I have it 4 stars over 5. I hoping in the next few months it becomes more consistent.

This product is amazingly easy to use. You simply wear it at night to track things like your temperature and sleep. It connects to a very nice app that allows you to track multiple things including your cycle and other nice things to track as a female. The battery has a nice life and since I wear it all day, I only need to charge it once a week. Someone who didn't know what it was complimented me on nice it looks. They also have amazing customer service if something goes wrong. If it doesn't sync right away simply putting it on the charger and trying again fixes the issue. I didn't know when I bought it but it should be sized for your index finger to be the most accurate.

Thank you Femometer for creating a comfortable ring that I can wear to track my period (and sleep) and not requiring (yet another) subscription to use it!! I loved the idea of Oura Ring and Natural Cycles but I couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money AND have to pay a subscription on top of that. I was thrilled when I found Femometer and saw that the purchase of the ring included a lifetime prime membership for their app. The app is well designed, syncs fast, and has tons of information (and charts for the visual people, like myself). The ring fit is lightweight and comfortable so I've been wearing mine 24/7 (minus shower time, even though it is waterproof). Overall great value for my money!!

I’m so impressed with this product. I wasn’t sure as it was much more affordable than its competitors! I’ve only had it for one cycles but it’s confirmed my ovulation and predicted my period perfectly (even though it says it needs 3 cycles to learn about you!). I wouldn’t wear it in the day as it’s not my type of ring, but I don’t think you need to anyway, and it’s super comfortable at night, I don’t even notice I’m wearing it. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to track data about their cycle, fertility and periods.
Great ring for help track sleep & ovulation.
This ring has been great for sleep tracking & ovulation tracking. It was extremely easy to set-up the app & find it very comfortable to wear.The sleep tracking seems to very accurate & it does a really good job of monitoring your body temperature.I've very impressed with this ring & if you are looking for something to help track your period & ovulation this will do the job for you.

This is a novel device. I have seen a lot about temperature tracking but never seen something as easy as wearing a ring to bed. The box and unpacking is stylish and the ring itself is attractive. It's impressive so much is stored inside it to be able to charge up and last a good week and transmit the data to your phone. The app is also easy to use and you get a free lifetime membership with the app. The ring is true to size, although be careful as it's a thick band that it may be tighter than other rings you're used to wearing. It monitors temperature well and tracks days effectively so you notice small changes that you probably would otherwise have been unaware of. Impressed by this it's great.

I was quite skeptical about this device when I ordered it, as I thought it wouldn't work properly. However, it did surprise me!This device monitors ovulation, menstrual cycle, and sleep by measuring body temperature from the finger. I find it very useful for tracking my periods and determining when I'm ovulating. It's simple to set up and comfortable to wear, just like any other piece of jewellery.I would definitely recommend this device.
