I've been using this magnesium supplement for a bit now and have had no issues with swallowing as many people are saying. I actually take it with 5 other capsules at once and it goes down easy. Many people don't actually know the proper way to swallow pills and tilt their head up rather than down which actually makes the pill harder to swallow. Overall no complaints besides maybe a low dosage, I would probably go for the 300 mg option if I get it again.

I cannot swallow the size of that pill. I even put it in water to dissolve it but it took all day to do that. Now I’m stuck with a bottle of pills I can’t take.

I've never had problems swallowing pills until I met these guys...waaaaay too big. I ordered from another company, which is a normal size, and they do the job. So this bottle is just going to sit in my cupboard unless I meet a giant who's low on magnesium.
