She's eating most of the time healthy foods and loves fruits, but is a picky eater when it comes to veggies. :) At least there are some hidden veggies she loves! And a big plus - no sugar added!     Our pediatrician suggested my daughter drink more fluids and eat a variety of 5 different fruits and vegetables daily after she complained about persistent stomachaches. We learned that constipation is a REALLY common problem amongst kids her age because of all the simple carbs available to her and her friends. We're persistent about feeding her fruits when she gets home from school, but we're often stuffing a banana in her face right before bedtime.These smoothies are a great headstart and solution. We pack it as her midday school snack, she gets another fruit or two for lunch, and dinner is suddenly LESS STRESSFUL. What's more, some of her friends are pickier eaters and only want pretzels or chips when they come over and want a snack. Now they like these smoothies, and everyone wins!The nutrition label is super simple and clear too, so if anyone has allergies, it's easy to find that information. Literally, these are the perfect kids snack solution.

    Our little boy loves these Smoothies. I put them in a sippy cup after a hot outside activity to help him cool down as a nice refreshing afternoon treat. He likes the mango smoothie the most, which surprised me! We will definitely continue to order these this Summer!
