I have used this everyday since it was delivered. It performs just as I expected. No food sticks, quick clean up. Works and fits perfectly on my new Wolf 36" induction cooktop. I use setting 5 or lower. I also love that you can use any utensil with this.

This is a nice non stick griddle. Perfect for injection cooking. We looked for quite a while to find one that works well with injection. We use it every day.

Nice non-stick surface and equipped for induction stoves. It takes a while for the surface to achieve a uniformly hot surface. If you start too soon, some pancakes at the center won't cook fast enough. The heat transfer takes a while. Once it achieves uniform heat it works well.

Totally uneven heating on an induction stove; what a waste of money and time. The pan is not good at sharing the heat. I tried it twice, even with a long warm up; the peripheral pan just got so little heat while directly under the induction elements got super hot. Very Very Very disappointed. I thought this fancy pan would be a nice treat, but it was the opposite.The image highlights how the pancakes only cooked under the elements are.

I absolutely love my hexclad pans and I've been on the lookout for a deal on the griddle so when it went on sale I finally got it. It is big and I can cook so much food at once. My induction cooktop has a side where I can sync burners for the griddle and I wasn't sure if it would heat evenly, but it does a pretty decent job. It's not perfect, but good enough to not be annoying.Nothing sticks to these pans, they are just the best!!
